The place smells like death. Its disgusting the floors are greasy and slippery. Every single thing in there has a slick film on it. The smell is almost unbearable.

Great location and great service. Our waiter (sad I did not catch his name, but he wore black nails as an identifier) was very friendly and quick with our service.

Nice restaurant food was good. Nice atmosphere and attentive server. Could use some cleaning in areas and were some ants on the table. Not the end of the world but could use some attention. This is just a heads up. I rated 4 stars even though it does have some issues.

I came in from out of town and ordered takeout. It was taking quite a while and I asked about it and they said that didn't have anything for me and asked if I had ordered from Glen Allen instead. Readers, I had ordered from Glen Allen instead. But they suggested I call over and the manager let me reverse the charge even though they had already completed it and it was 1 million percent my fault. Then I put in my order for this place and the woman brought out my fries and a cup of water while I waited. My goodness she was so nice!!! There's not a RR where I live anymore but I'll come to this one when I'm in town. After all that the burger was so good. Get the campfire mayo to dip your fries in. Astounding.

First, I love Red Robin in my home area. This place was busy, except the bar area. A few people at the tables. The bar service was very slow. Most of the time, nobody was there. Once arrived I ordered food and drink at same time. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The entree was good. But, believe or not, the fries were room temp at best. Very disappointed in that. The beer was warm and flat. It tasted like it sat in glass overnight. This was straight out of the tap. Couldn't say anything as nobody was behind bar. The bartender eventually came back as I finished. Asking if I wanted anything else. I said no thanks, got my bill and paid. Wanted dessert, but already lost appetite.

Disappointed, when we arrived they told us there was a 30 minute wait, as I went to use the restroom I noticed about half the tables empty, later the manager stated they had a large group and the bartenders where covering the group and bar slowing the service to both areas, she also said they were understaffed (I think I saw 3 servers). The food quality was also suffering no word if they were short handed also. I know RR has been closing restaurants, I hope this doesn't continue and the food quality and service improve.
I have been a loyal customer from back when the original RR was open next to UW.

Food is usually good. I've ordered several times, usually takeout. I received an order tonight where they put the ticket paper inside the container on top of the food. I had to throw out the onion rings. I've worked in restaurants so I know how dirty those machines are that print the special order receipts. It just gave me the ick and I couldn't bring myself to eat them. I get that there is always risk in eating from someone else's kitchen, but I don't want to be reminded of that before digging in...

Watch out if you’re planning to go this location! You going to be upset! Slow service! Employees having fun in the kitchen and food wait for ever ! Smh! Never come back!

I would give this restaurant NO stars if I could. I have not eaten there in a few years but remembered a really good veggie burger so I was really looking forward to it. The first veggie burger she brought me had the wrong toppings but, no big deal, as she could just bring the right ones back to the table. She did not return for at least five minutes and in the meantime, I took a bite and - yuck - it was burnt. We waited and waited for her to come back but she didn’t! We had to get another lady to come over and she took the order AGAIN but when that one came out it had the wrong toppings and was burnt. By then, my husband was done eating and I had lost my appetite so we asked for the check and my husband paid. I looked at the receipt and there was a mysterious “entertainment” charge of $2.99. I went back and asked the manager what it was, as I didn’t recall being entertained (or even mildly amused). He said it was for the video game tablet on the table and that he would refund the charge. So far, we have been billed for the meal but the $2.99 charge has not appeared .
As far as atmosphere, it’s fine except the floor was very slippery.
