Me and my brother had food poisoning from this location 05/17/2025 , my brother just left ER for the second time since eating here and tested positive for E. Coli. They also had a plumbing issue that day in which we didn’t find out until after we got our food and was told that it wouldn’t affect our food. Waitress was nice though 🙃.
We ate as a family Saturday at Shirt Pump location. My son got food poisoning and has been sick with Ecoli food poisoning ! I called the manager ,and haven't received a call back from Corporate YET! Don't eat there, the workers and manager sitting around, being unbothered
Server Sarah was knowledgeable, friendly and fast.

Great experience on 5/10/25, food was fresh, hot and delicious. Sarah our server was amazing, her energy and attentiveness was fantastic. Make sure you ask to be in her section when you go and you will not be disappointed.
I’m pretty sure Red Robin is the only one on this strip that has lasted. There’s a reason why! The service and the quality is excellent. If you go, ask to be in Sarah’s section! She’s amazing!
