IWe went to Red Robin, which is usually delicious . We are rarely in the area and looked forward to eating there. Unfortunately, this time, we ordered a Shroom burger and fries and a plain burger with bacon and fries. Our fries were delicious, but both of our hamburgers were dried out and overcooked. We both ordered Medium well. Both burgers were practically burnt and not enjoyable to eat. For the first time in years, we were so disappointed. We used to brag about our experiences at Red Robin and now the burgers seemed smaller and overpriced. Dried out. We are not in the habit of returning our food, but im sorry that we didn't complain. We didn't have another 20 minutes to wait for new burgers. We mentioned to each other when we left that Burger King would of been a better choice. We are not sure if we will be returning. So disappointed! Red Robin used to be our favorite burger restaurant . Not anymore!

My daughter and I stopped by Red Robin for lunch. She had a burger and garlic fries and I had a grilled teriyaki pineapple chicken sandwich with fries, the food was delicious, especially the garlic fries. The waiter was on point he brought our food and drinks out in a good time frame, he was very friendly. Come, try it out.

I walked in and put my name on the list for 15 min wait no biggie. Got the family and got the initial text saying it's a 15 wait. 35 mins later I ask and they gave away our table no notice. Then offered to let us wait again but for 30 mins this time. No thanks.

Had the cauliflower crust pizza. Fantastic! Hubby had the big burger with cheese and bacon etc, said it was the best! Fries are always great. And our waiter was the best. He was friendly. Helpful with selection of the pizza which I had never had with the cauliflower crust. Overall, experience was FANTASTIC! Manager even came over and asked how we were doing! The Other employees were friendly. THAT'S THE WAY IT'S DONE!!! THANK YOU RED ROBIN FOR MAKING OUR DINING EXPERIENCE A JOY!
