hm I saw the good reviews a few pics of the food and went with it but sadly I was disappointed with the food and quality. The seafood pasta and giuseppe had good taste but swimming in way too much oil. And it didn’t seem like good olive oil but had the Crisco consistency kind of oil. The onion rings (I know who order an onion rings at an Italian restaurant?…) but they were inedible since they were very overcooked. The wait time was ok (15 min past our expected time, but again it’s a Friday night and I never really complain about takeout times since restaurants should give priority to dine in customers. But i’m glad I double checked the contents of the bag because I realized they had forgotten our stromboli. I mentioned it nicely and the waitress just nodded didn’t apologize or anything. When we got home, I realized they had forgotten one of the side salads that are supposed to come with the pasta. It’s a small thing, but I had rearrange the contents in our bag, because the pasta container was on its side as well as the tiramisu. These are little things that matter to me. I hate saying mostly negative things, this was our experience here and unfortunately we won’t be back. If it was just one or two things whatever but it was a buildup of multiple issues. the atmosphere of the restaurant with the live pianist was excellent just wish the service and food was better!

I ordered the Giuseppe. I received boiled noodles, 3 leaves of spinach, 2 sundried tomatoes and a tablespoon of feta covered in olive oil. My Caesar salad came with a side of olive oil. My husband ordered a pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and olives. Waitress came to ask black or green olives 40 seconds before delivering a bell pepper pizza with cold black olives. The last time I ate like this was when my son cooked me mother's day dinner when he was five. I did not order dessert. I did not want to ruin creme brule for myself. Blech.

Well, perhaps Crystal and Anthiony's reviews are for eat-in dining? My oldest daughter called and said she was bringing 2 pizzas, on Saturday, March 19, 2024. Coming from Costcos, that's what we were thinking, their pizza. It was Roma's. Now, we hadn't ordered from Roma's in 2-3 years because the pizza crust was not fully cooked, and this occurred other times, always "take-out"? Need I say, the pizza crust was pure white and soft, this take-out, Saturday. Perhaps a reach out to management, but my wife is a Scot and like the English, their motto: "DON'T COMPLAIN, DON'T EXPLAIN" and "NEVER AGAIN" waste our $$s after numerous purchases of unedible, and not cheap pizza. Once, twice three times, what are those odds in Vega?

Imma give them 0 stars to be honest. i don’t see how this is almost a 5 star restaurant. i had a allergic reaction i can’t have any nuts. i order a “pesto penne” what i really ordered was a pesto pasta but i don’t think my waitress heard me ill let that slide but i order it with fries and got onion rings red flag ???. i eat the sandwich and it only took one bite for me to notice something wasn’t right. i ran to the bathroom to throw up. my partner came with me. one of the employees was in the bathroom so we told her we are not finishing our food something isn’t right abt it. she then told our waitress and get this THE STILL MADE UP PAY !! after i told them i was throwing up in the bathroom off there food but didn’t consider nothing. i will never eat here again i hope they close permanently.

I ordered takeout from here off their gluten free menu for the second time today. I got the chicken piccata and their take on gluten free was to just not give me any noodles this time. I got them last time. ????? very lazy and inconsiderate. it’s just chicken swimming in gross thick butter. won’t be ordering from here again.

Went Saturday and was delightfully surprised by a wonderful live musician. (I believe his name was Mike? I already forgot. ?) Got the usual seafood fettuccine Alfredo with calimari and was delighted as usual. The food's been delicious and the service has been fantastic for over 25 years, so I can't complain! ❤️My only real complaint was that the calamari was slightly crispier than usual, but I'm a sucker for slightly undercooked batter.(Confused about the “Italian Mexican Menu” they handed me. Not sure why you'd order Mexican at the Italian restaurant, so I didn't try it. I'm sure it's also good. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)

I was in the area on business and chose to have some food delivered, I ordered a hot chicken parm sub and soup. I did not care so much that the delivery took nearly 45 minutes on Wednesday to be delivered however when it did arrive I found the chicken was hard, from frozen chicken the order was delivered without utensils which since I was in business I did not have a spoon on hand. It’s the little things that matter and I hope that this can be taken as constructive criticism and hope that this service will improve for others.

I ordered a tiramisu on delivery...it came and bottom half of it was missing. Whoever was putting it on the box clearly accidentally ruined it while placing it in the box and did not bother getting me a new, full piece. Very poor service.
