5/16/2025 Review: Normally come here after work some days. However, a new guy working at the bar had everyone waiting 30+ minutes for anything that was ordered. Whenever Tammy is here, I'll go up here, but if that guy is there, I'll go elsewhere.

5/31/2025 Update: Came here again and it was decent. Dealt with Tammy, which is always amazing, and I closed my tab with her. However, there was a woman there that came in about 6-6:30ish. She rang me up for a straight Sprite (No liquor, just a sprite), which was about 3.35 and I gave her a 20% (Which was about a .67 cent) tip. Well, I look at my account this morning and I was charged $9.76. Why was I charged $5.50ish more for a SPRITE.

I do not recommend this place , my friends and I met for some pool and drinks and had been here only about 30 mins when we went to go order drinks and we were kicked out . This is not a diverse place to be . We felt uncomfortable and were treated very badly . We were asked to leave and even the people playing pool beside us were shocked about it . Why not charge per table Mrs Kathy that way you at least can't complain about your 3 customers you had in the whole establishment. You can't expect a group to go in and order drinks right away ... you don't get to control what we decide and when we decide to purchase so making people leave instead was your plan . Also so what that we were NOT drunkS reeking of alcohol ... I GUESS YOU PREFER THAT ! I am not even from that area and am thankfully that the location where I live , people aren't like that . Also YOU SHOULD NEVER take a person's water bottle and trash it when you don't k ow if the person has a medical condition and needed that water . If you would've touched mine .... I would've stopped you in your track. . Very rude people here .. also do not expect people to know your name , you aren't that special to strangers. Take your racism and shove it .

Didn't eat any food. Got a beer and waited for our group to join for shooting pool. The space is large, and has a few games besides pool, and pool is free. You might have to move some balls around to get a full rack. We had a great time together until the bartender asked us to leave. It felt like she was annoyed that we were there enjoying the tables even though we'd ordered a few drinks.

Management - can you advise your employees to ramp up their customer service?

This bar is racist. If you're not white, expect to be treated poorly.

I'm deeply disappointed and upset by the discriminatory treatment my moms' group received at this bar. We were looking forward to a relaxing night out, but were instead met with suspicion and hostility. The bartender's behavior was completely unacceptable. Every move was scrutinized, and we were unfairly targeted with accusations, particularly during smoke breaks. We were made to feel like criminals. The aggressive and unwarranted eviction was humiliating. As the only diverse group present, it's clear this establishment is not welcoming to diverse groups of people. This bar is racist.

My fiance and I showed up with several of our friends for a night out , without the kids event we had going on... Showed up to shoot pool and have a good time but was instantly greeted with hostility from the bartender ( Kathy)
who seemed to have a stick up her arse. My fiance who is 27 got asked for her i.d just for ordering a soda.. which we found very offensive (who cards someone for soda??) the only reason you i.d'ed her is because you didn't like her look and wanted to kick her out.. the bar also seemed very racist, we were only able to stay for about 30 - 40 minutes.. in this time we didn't do anything that warranted this behavior. On top of this, the whole place was very slow, the pool tables werent that great, and missing some pieces and the pool cues were very worn.. this bar looks and feels old. I would not tell my friends to go here, and neither should you

Great Atmosphere to enjoy with friends. The food was wonderful. I had a veg burger, delish.

One of my favorite spots in the world is this place that still lingers in my thoughts since leaving Richmond. I had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people there.

I was first introduced to this gem by my then-boyfriend, who was a regular. At first, I was a bit hesitant, but meeting the amazing Susan Matthews and the rest of the team quickly made me feel at home. It’s a vibrant place filled with people who genuinely care for one another, making it such a fun and welcoming environment.

It's in an older shopping center. The outside was well maintained. The interior is stuck between the Nascar Cafe and a dive bar.Kind of neat to see.
