LOVE this Starbucks. Ive been coming here for months to study and they always curate such a welcoming and comfortable environment. The barristas are so sweet and always make your order right, and are willing to fix it if it isn't.

The baristas behind the counter show a clear sense of urgency, which is nice to see as a customer, especially when they are balancing orders in peak times. The environment is very friendly and welcoming. This location is one of the better ones I've been to for sure.

This place is generally pretty good, but it has it's off days for sure. They don't mix the drinks very well and sometimes if you are lucky they get bits of plastic in your cup.

Want to be treated like crap by a manager. Come visit this location where they slam your drinks on the counter, toss straws at your wife and dont actually even say anything customer service friendly to you. 20 bucks to be treated 3rd class. This location is beyond horrible.

Horrible service. We ordered our drinks, tea. Many others came in after us ordering intricate drinks that required more time to make. They received theirs first. I thought how odd. Then after all the customers were served we still had not received ours. I reminded him. He sighed, then he made our tea. He didn't even apologize. Needless to say I will not be returning to this particular Starbucks again.
Every single time that I go to buy groceries at Kroger's , always stopped at this Starbucks to get coffee, they always made perfect coffee!

These guys warm my every morning! What can I say except that THEY ARE THE BEST!! They start my drink as soon as I walk in the door with a smile on their face!!

Typically, I don't write reviews unless something is either really bad or really good. Well, this Starbucks has time and time again not given me my drink the way I ask for it. I always come to this Starbucks after the gym because of the convenience. I'm crystal clear when I tell the person who takes my order that I would like a Venti Café Misto with skim milk, 3 Splenda and if they could please make the milk to coffee ratio 90% coffee and 10% milk. The person taking my order hears me clearly as they repeat back the order just as I have stated it and it even appears on the screen. Every time I leave this Starbucks, they negate to add any Splenda, so I end up with something I can't drink and I'm already half way down the road. This tells me that the barista must be pretty lazy that they can't even put 3 Splenda packets in a cup. This is infuriating because this happens EVERY time. Today, I tried the coffee before I left the drive thru, burning my tongue, and sure enough, no Splenda! I handed it right back to the cashier and told him there was no Splenda. He did put add 3 packets and then handed me a cup with coffee and foam sliding down the side. What is going on? I pay for a product and I can't even get what I pay for and I get a messy cup in return. You guys need to shape up and have more attention to detail.
