Beverage was wonderful but the lady working as the barista serving the beverages needs to work on her customer service skills and simple human interaction improvement. Great location and tons of seating outside.

Once again, I stopped by this Starbucks and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. My drink order was made incorrectly, and instead of a team member letting me know before I left—even though another associate was discussing the issue right there—I only realized after I had already walked out. I had to go back inside, which was inconvenient, and to make matters worse, the correction required add-ons that came with an additional fees that I paid during the ordering process and were clearly stated on the order sticker affixed to the cup.

I’ve been to this starbucks location twice and both times Ethan and Astrid were running the drive thru. they’re amazing let me tell you that…you can really tell they know how to stay calm and handle everything smoothly even when it gets super busy. Ethan is super attentive when taking your order and Astrid is so friendly and kind when handing it out. today, despite a busy morning, they took great care of my wife and me. really appreciate their hard work and teamwork today👏🙌

I came here through the drive thru and the workers were very nice. But, I think the drink they gave me was sitting there for a while as there was little to no ice and the drink just seemed completely watered down. The drink was still good itself for 4/5 stars but would've been nice if it was newly made.

Drive through experience was extremely terrible, didn’t have my order ready, didn’t ask me to pay and then when I offered my card, had the audacity to say “can I help you” in the most condescending way possible. Finally got my order and they left out two items of my food order??? Lease fire the teenagers and hire actual workers.

Taylor was amazing to us!!! We came in right before close for a special treat for my daughter who had just performed. Several other Starbucks had closed a bit early but Taylor let us sneak in 2 minutes before close (which I hated to do to her) but she was so kind and friendly and made our drinks perfectly!!! Thank you Taylor for being so awesome to us and to this Starbucks (inside Short Pump Mall) for staying open until 10:00!!

Great customer service

Tesla owners beware of this drive through. It is too narrow. You won’t make it. Your wheels are toast. Curbed two 21” uber turbines here. The lane isn’t wide enough. My 20 dollar coffee and sandwich is now a 2000 dollar coffee and sandwich.

Subpar experience at this location with each visit. No greet, drink order in the drive thru section and should have been in the in store pickup section (order was correct for in store pickup not drive thru) and team obviously is not focused on their task at hand—appropriately servicing customers.

One swears there’s no whip on holiday drinks. No cream in our cold brew order. Very very very slow. Unable to make drinks at an efficient speed compared to other Starbucks in the area. 3ppl. Stops making drinks to all help 1 drive thru drink order that wants a frap but can’t just say their 1 machine is down. Only has 1 blender.
