Alisha or Elisha whatever her name is needs better training on customer service. She was extremely rude and unpleasant. I had asked my drink to be remade due to it not being made properly and had green stuff on the lid. I told her I would wait so I’m not inconveniencing her but still was treated with disrespect. Slammed the drink on the serving table and said “there’s that!” Didn’t realize she made mine already so I sat patiently. Instead of telling me that it was for me she decided to loudly say “that’s you!”. She made the drink worse on purpose this time I believe. I will never be returning to this location.

Oddest Starbucks we have been to. Not sure what was going on - but they virtually had no food items available when we went around 3:00 in the afternoon. They were literally out of everything and the food case was empty.

Second time I stop by that location and both times had messed up my drinks, this time I asked for. MEDICINE BOWL (which is made with half water, half lemonade, one bag of peppermint tea and another of peach tranquility, and sweetened with honey) and the girl at the drive thru asked me if I want it with something I didn't get at the first time, so I asked what she said and I heard "peppermint" so I said yes, thinking is a peppermint tea bag, so when I got my MEDICINE BOWL is SUUUPER sweet ? and I read the label and says PEPPERMINT SYRUP ? disgustingly sweet.LADIES, if CUSTOMERS don't specify something in their drinks, DO NOT EVEN bother to ask if we would like to add certain ingredient.If I ever have to go again to that Starbucks, I will make sure that they repeat my order exactly as they have it in the screen, BUT THE TRUE IS THAT I WILL AVOID THAT LOCATION

I get the exact same three drinks most mornings . I was charged 7.31 for a grande in drive thru from Asian girl . I asked if this is the price for a grande . She was rude and said yes it is . Next day I went back and I went inside to make sure and it was NOT true. She’s rude . Not the first time I’ve experienced her rude attitude .
