The configuration of this store was odd to me, GPS brought me to the side door. There was a darker area/hallway with a glassed-in (quiet?) room, restrooms and another door. Service was typical
very disappointed. I don’t like talking negatively about an organization that’s fast food because I understand you’re under a lot of pressure; however, i will not be returning. I ordered a grande latte and it was only filled 1/2 way and the rest was foam. I waited 11 minutes and people behind me were served prior to me. due to the lack of coffee I received and lack of customer service experienced I will be making coffee at home moving forward.

Really disappointing experience yesterday. The drive-thru line was so long, we divided to park and walk in. It took 15 minutes to receive our order. There were plenty of employees, but they were all focused on the drive-thru customers. The 10 in-store customers were clearly low-priority. It’s a well-known customer service practice that people who park and walk in should be helped BEFORE helping those sitting on their butts in their cars!! To add insult to injury, my daughter’s cup was a cupful of mostly foam, and we’d waited so long we couldn’t wait for another order. You can do better, Starbucks!!

The staff was so kind here. They were swift at completing the order. The drink was very good! Made just right. The grounds outside was clean. The. Bathroom was clean and well stocked. It was not too crowded. It was a very inviting space. The manager was very helpful as well.

Unfortunately the vibe has shifted away from a friendly coffee shop to more of a fast food restaurant, with not-so-fast service. Be prepared to wait about 20 minutes for an order, even in the drive through.

My best friend and I decided to get Starbucks after I was done with my shift and usually this is my go to location drive through has always been so friendly but today we decided to come inside and no one was in line.
Waited about 20 minutes and no one greeted us at all, one of the workers look like she didn't want to take the register and was complaining about something. They all saw us waiting and no one took the time to come and say anything.
Also could tell alot of them were annoyed and glaring at the front.
Waited another 20 minutes and still nothing went to a different location on broad Street and they were more friendly and bubbly.

We used the drive-through. The man serving us was friendly and kind. The service was wonderful. The drinks were great, as always.

ALWAYS SLOW! YOU NEED TO HIRE COMPETENT EMPLOYEES! It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru. Literally 15 minutes.

I had a very friendly person ring me out at the front, but I couldn’t help but overhear a manager (his name was Braxton I believe) bragging about firing a person in front of customers. An employee who has regularly been there everytime I’m there and works hard and seems to be well liked by every person who worked under him. In this economy I find it disturbing and disgusting of a person especially in management making that kind of statement in front of paying customers. Not only was he quite jovial about it as he seemingly took enjoyment in doing so, his comments were just entirely inappropriate as a member of management to be talking to regular employees about a former employees personal business. He seems like a hateful person and shouldn’t be in management as that role requires looking out for the good of the overall business rather than to take out personal vendettas on people who literally seem to do their job and do it well. As someone who’s worked management roles, it was distasteful.
