The drive through person shouted at me and over me while I was talking like they couldn’t hear me. Order took forever to come out, super long line of cars. And it’s not the first time the line has been ridiculously long. And my drink was wrong. Annoying.

I frequent Starbucks often, today was my first and last time at this location. It is dirty with crumbs everywhere and slowest service. We were not greeted walking in. Waited 20 mins for two drinks. They were not understaffed, we saw 6 employees however this location is unorganized and inefficient thus there will always be a wait/backlog for drinks. Management, please do better.

I frequent many Starbucks in the area to read and study, but the Gaskins & Gayton store is not one of my usuals. I was in the area, so stopped there. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the place. While there weren't many patrons in the store at the time of my visit, there were several tables and benches covered in crumbs and trash and food on the floor. I had to wipe down the table and bench seat before I sat down. The mid-day sun was beaming in through the large windows, but the pull cord for the blinds near the table I was at was broken so the blind could not be lowered making it hot and difficult to see the screen on my laptop. I did not stay long and likely won't go back to that location to sit and work/read.

My favorite starbucks by far. Sam, Dylan, Rae and Leo always make my drink better than any other store and know it’s me when I place an order ahead of time even though I’m not an everyday customer. They are the best and I appreciate them!

They seemed to be too interested in what each other were saying and doing and not paying attention to customers walking in. Other than that, my coffee and food were, as expected, top quality.

This store is fairly new to us, even though it's walking distance from us. Friendly staff in a really nice setting - with tons of windows. We'll be back many times...

The place was dirty. It had crumbs everywhere. And we waited 20 minutes for our drinks. The inside was not crowded at all, yet we still had to wait for way too long. This isn't the first time either, I knew we shouldn't have tried this location again, and I won't be in the future

Spent 14 minutes in the drive through. 8 of which were behind one car who got a single beverage. Just doesn't make sense.

I Love Coffee and interacting with people. There have been at LEAST 10 occasions I've walked in and waited more than 10 minutes for JUST a cup of coffee. The staff was Amazing but CLEARLY gave preference and priority to drive through. What happened to face to face service. I will not be

Quiet, spacious coffee shop with pastries and sandwiches. If you're like me and gluten, dairy and soy free, it's hard to find something to eat at any Starbucks. The kinds bars have soy and the marshmallow dream bars have dairy. If you need a quick caffeine hit and have intolerances like I do, the espresso is my go to. Jackie on the register was a pleasure to interact with. They also have a drive thru at this location.
