It's not a bad place, in fact I come very often because my children love SweetFrog ice cream, but today 6/7/2023 I don't know what happened. Of the 14 flavors offered, only 4 were available and all the ice cream was thrown away in the Strawberry dispenser. It's the first time I've seen this store so unattended and so neglected. I'll be back because we love SweetFrog ice cream and if they've become the store we love again then I'll raise the rating.

Stopped in February 2023. Seemed really ran down. And broken door kept slamming when people entered. Employee would say that she couldn't control whether or not people would see the sign on the door, many people complained about the slamming door that was really loud, like a pistol shot. Several machines were working and fading paper notes denoted the ones that weren't working, which weren't very conspicuous. Frozen yogurt/ice cream wasn't great. Really disappointed and not going back to this location.

I never leave bad reviews but i couldn’t resist with this awful service, i wish i could give this place 0 stars but i cant sadly. Not all ice cream machines were working, Ice cream was brick hard, And most of the ice cream options were watery. DO NOT COME HERE PERIOD.?

Our family loves sweet frog! we came upon the Parham location and while it is a smaller location, the store was absolutely spotless, the manager on duty was present and active with customers Good choice of flavors & toppings available. We will definitely come back! Thank you to the staff for being so helpful & kind during our visit!
If you love yogurt ice cream this is the place to taste different flavors. My favorite are: Cotton candy, Cake mix, Mango and Watermelon. I wish they can get Banana flavor..

DO not visit this sweet frog. Absolutely disgusting trash EVERYWHERE! Half the machines were broken kids were touching all the condiments with their hands. The manager is very rude and did nothing to help. I will not be coming back here nor should you
