We came in for desert this evening. Hardly any of the machines worked, it was dirty, there was clearly a leak behind the counter into the back room, the credit card machine didn’t work. What a disappointment.

I went here during my lunch and was glad that I could smell the cleaner used to clean when I walked in. My particular flavor was out of order but decided to try something new.When I ate the cookies, the taste was familiar but it wasn’t the taste of a cookie…it was the smell of the cleaner they used to clean. It was very distinct and very hard to be forgotten. I don’t know if something happened with the cookies (Oreos) or what but it was bad. I tried because I REALLY like Sweet Frog but the cleaner taste was too overpowering. Pretty sure that was my last visit.

I love Sweet Frog, but the last several times I've gone to this location, options have been severely limited. Today more than half the flavors were out of order (not an exaggeration, I legitimately mean more than half) and there were only 2 liquid toppings (marshmallow and hot fudge) available. The girl working today didn't know what flavor the unmarked popping bobas were (one was not labeled and she said it was orange, but the flavor next to it was labeled orange), and it wasn't super clean in there today either. Just growing increasingly more disappointed with my local Sweet Frog.

Lots of great options! They have a ton of extras to choose from as well. Clean place and friendly service. Loved having the option to sit outside and a little spot for the kiddos too!

The flavors I got were excellent! Tons of choices for toppings and the store was very clean and staff was super friendly. A few flavors were down but they had lots of others to choose from.

Sweet frog NEVER disappoints. No matter which one I've been to. This is banana with cheesecake bits and graham cracker.

Always out of cookie dough. Machines always clogged up. I go because it’s my kids favorite treat. It’s very expensive, prices have definitely gone up. I hate being asked for a tip. It’s a self serve yogurt shop, you serve yourself, which in my opinion doesn’t warrant a tip. A decent paying wage should be sufficient to ring up and refill some toppings.

Sweet Frog was delicious as usual! It's nothing like eating your favorites without feeling like you might regret it later!! Yogurt icecream, genius!! Now, I will say yesterday there were many flavors with out of order signs! But, the new manager assured me that this is only temporary as he is putting in time for deep cleaning the machines and wants his customers to have a great experience when they come in to his location!! I am looking forward to my next visit!!
We go often and take one of my grandsons who lights up when he knows we're going to Sweetfrog.
