I usually come here for the shrimp every two days I come today and I paid $60 for one adult and One teenager and one child then I come to find out the shrimp that I came here originally for has been sitting for the whole day or more I believe and when I ask them, can they give us a fresh batch they put it in oil and try to give it back to us The worst experience ever never coming back here again.

We have 14 people decided to dine together and we need to find a place that can accommodate us and not a long wait time for tables. Found this buffet style Chinese restaurant online with 3.8 out of 5 stars reviews. The food variety is good, do not matter that you are a carnivore or herbivore.
The food quality is okay and taste better for those freshly from the kitchen. The dim sum corner is bad though. Most of the steaming baskets are empty and have no food inside. No one refills the dim sum corner the whole dining time.
The hibachi stall is kind of disappointed. That is not expected. This freshly cooked food should taste better but the cook seems love to put tons of salt or soy sauce, which makes those dishes very salty.
Overall this is a great place for big group or gatherings.

I had my baby shower here on January 10th and I reserved a room in advance, so I expected professional service—especially for a special event.
Unfortunately, the service was completely unacceptable. The waitress assigned to our party was extremely rude, yelling while taking orders, and constantly rushing us. She repeatedly said things like “What do you want to drink? I have other people to take orders” instead of speaking respectfully. It created a very uncomfortable atmosphere for me and my guests.
Instead of enjoying my baby shower, we had to spend the whole time stressed and worried about the waitress’s behavior. She also seemed confused and unorganized, and even though I reserved the room for a specific time period, she kept repeatedly questioning the time as if she wasn’t informed.
To make matters worse, she kept telling us to “pay now” while the party was still going on, which was extremely disrespectful and inappropriate during a celebration.
This experience ruined what was supposed to be a happy memory. I would not recommend having any event here unless management seriously improves staff behavior and customer service.

I am finding that teppanyaki does not keep the food hot enough. The selection is great the t is good the staff is great... But the food is sometimes cold when it should be hot or beyond warm. 2 months ago I took two friends there and was sad because the food was not hot enough I did not enjoy it because I knew they didn't seem to complain but felt they didn't enjoy it as much as the hibachi grill but we went shopping first and we're hungry. The selection was greater teppanyaki but the food was also not up to par only because it was not hot. I do believe they have a microwave available.

Good price for variety. Food not held at temp because it’s piled up too high. They can’t keep up with cleaning. It’s extremely messy. The hostess who sat us was rude. We stood in line with our receipt but yet she grabbed the party behind us. This is a small standing area so it was possible not to see us. We were sat at a dirty table. When we told her to wipe it down she found a dirty rag. I will not be back but if you have a large family on a small budget it may work for you.

Some of their food was inedible. The kiwi fruit was watery ,chicken and broccoli was tough, and chocolate cake was dry. Stick with the cold noodles, lukewarm soup and tasteless egg rolls. The banana pudding only had the pudding part left; no bananas or vanilla wafers.

I have never felt fearful of my life because of a restaurant. I feel disgusting; like a pig eating out of a trough. I am currently vomiting in my bathroom to get rid of that disgusting food from my body. A HEALTH INSPECTOR NEEDS TO VISIT THIS LOCATION ASAP.
I only ate one plate of food before leaving and choosing to eat at burger king instead. They sat us all the way in the back corner of the restaurant right next to the dirty cleaning mops and janitorial things. Our waitress took away our condiments and sugar packets to give them to another table. Our water looked like it had been tampered with when we returned to our table from the buffet so we didn't even bother to drink it. The floors of this location, utensils, and buffet stands are disgusting and stained with old food and oils. Waitresses kept looking at us and pointing and talking about us. Very crowded, noisy and disgusting atmosphere. I felt like a pig rolling in mud eating out of a trough. This whole experience was vile and disgusting.
The food was cold and flavorless, sushi rolls were rock solid and sloppy. PLEASE DO NOT EAT THAT MAC AND CHEESE. IT IS SOLID COLD AND TASTES LIKE IT IS ROTTEN. Noodles are cold and hard, incorrect labels on the food so it is not good for someone with allergies to eat here. Anything made out of bread tastes like cigarette smoke.
I AM NEVER RETURNING. PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE. I AM TERRIFIED THAT I AM GOING TO GET FOOD POISONING. I feel horrified and dare I say even traumatized over this experience! I have never in my entire life been to a restaurant so vile! Please listen to this review.

This place is pretty good for the price and convenience. The people were friendly and service was great. Some of the food had been sitting out for a while and was cold, but this is the first time I've had that issue. I'll try again, and hopefully it'll be better next time
