Orange chicken on the buffet was cold, I had to wait 10 mins for someone to come to the hibachi grill to cook my food and it ended up being the young guy that was sweeping the floors, egg rolls were soggy and cold, and their hibachi rice was undercooked (hard). The wall at our table was also dirty.

Great buffet... A party of four is 84.00 and I thought that was a good price

Went for a weekday lunch buffet. The price was $11.99 + extra for drinks other than water. Hibachi, sushi, plenty of desert items, salad, fruits in addition to plenty of other chinese, and american food items. Food quality was not that good, but hey this is $11.99 buffet while other single lunch items costs more than that. If they can improve the food quality, definitely it worth visit more than once.

This is a great place: good food, plenty of variety. Yes, sometimes it looks like an oriental bazaar, crowded and busy, but food is great and has all you can eat oysters on weekends and all you can eat clams seven days a week.

The food was very good and there were so many choices! Best Chinese buffet in town and the one my family and i like to go to. I like to start with hibachi (they have the good mei fun thin rice noodles, sliced beef, and crab with self serve garlic and hot chili sauce) and while that cooks i get beef and broccoli, chicken on a skewer, and then I hit the huge sushi bar. By the time I'm done with that plate the hibachi is ready and it's still hot and fresh. Then I hit the huge desert bar. Don't miss the bao charsiu, taro bun, and the custard bun on the steam table too. So good! Service was very friendly and you pay when you enter so can just leave when your done. I wish I had cash on hand for the hibachi and sushi they both deserved a tip!

My husband and I have been coming here for years, food is good and a lot of options to choose from. Recently we have been encountering some unfortunate events with some of the waitresses our last couple visits. I had one waiter yell after my husband and I as we were leaving asking why we didn’t leave a tip at the table… we left a tip at the front desk since we didn’t have cash on us. After letting her know she didn’t even apologize! I’m all for tipping our waitresses but to go running after customers yelling “No tip? No tip?” repeatedly is completely unacceptable. We had another waitress yell at me asking if i planned to drink my water? I told her if ordered water I plan to drink it, i guess she saw me taking sips of my husband’s soda and did not like that. She once again yelled the same question (was probably not satisfied with my answer) and i gave her the same energy back with the same answer and she left us alone. She then proceeds to come back 15 minutes later and pours WATERED DOWN STARRY into my husband’s half empty cup. We decided to kill em with kindness and still left a good tip. This restaurant definitely needs to teach those waitresses some manners and restaurant etiquette. We will not be returning.

This place is okay. Nothing is exceptional. It’s your basic buffet food. Shrimp were overcooked, most food wasn’t hot and the deviled crab was just odd. The most frustrating part is that the floors were slicker than snot. I don’t know how someone hasn’t busted their butt, sued and then turned the place into a better eating establishment. Seriously, if you have any kind of disability that makes walking difficult, this is NOT the place for you. I don’t know if the floors are purposely that slick to keep you from returning to the buffet or if they just can’t afford a mop.

Keep It moving

Dirtiest restaurant I have been inside in a long time. Disgusting sewage smelling bathrooms, dirty slimy floors, food is just ok and the place needs to close for a week and detail clean and degrease everything. If I want there as the guest of someone else I wouldn’t have stayed. Do not eat. The sneezeguards and the buffet, top to bottom. The mop water is nasty and they will wipe your table with a dirty rag, drop the rag on the slimy floor and then hang it back up and use to wipe the next table. FOUL.

Food looks delicious, but room temperature. The only dish that was hot was the spinach and cheese. The yellow rice had absolutely no flavor. This used to be one my favorite family places. Fried chicken looked tasty but was room temperature. The chocolate cake was hard and dry too, shrimp had no seasoning. Its disrespectful to continue to operate a business like this. I see the reviwes arr similar. A waste of money! What happened to this restaurant?? It used to be top-tier. Smh

The bathroom were absolutely FILTHY toilet paper EVERYWHERE stinky, dark. Just total torment. It made me question the sanitation of the food. Might need an inspector.. so gross.

The food was good, but after going into the restroom, I did not want to keep eating there.

Yes Its Me

I’ll start with the good, the coke had carbonation.

Now for the bad, the food is nasty, boiled shrimp stunk and would break apart when you shell it. Floors are very slippery.

Ended up eating ice cream as it was pre-packaged.

Toilet countdown timer started!

No better value in Richmond for an Asian Buffet. My wife loves the variety.
