I can honestly say I truly love this place. Couldn’t leave tonight without letting them know how great the place is being run. Though no restaurant is perfect but the hospitality and food is absolutely amazing. Staff is great. Can’t wait to go back!

Five Stars!

I've been to Texas de Brazil in Richmond three or four times now, and it's become one of my favorite spots for a great meal. The Short Pump location has a classy but comfortable atmosphere that works whether you're celebrating something or just treating yourself on a random weekend.

The gauchos really make the experience. They're constantly circling with perfectly cooked cuts, and they're always friendly and attentive. The flank steak and picanha are my personal favorites, but honestly everything comes off those skewers tasting incredible. If you like your meat cooked a certain way, just ask—they're happy to accommodate.

Don't sleep on the salad bar either. It's way more than salads—the imported cheeses, smoked salmon, and lobster bisque alone are worth the trip. And the warm cheese bread keeps coming to the table throughout the meal.

It's definitely a place to come hungry and pace yourself. The continuous service means there's always another round of something delicious headed your way. I keep coming back because the quality is consistently solid, and the staff genuinely seems to care about making sure you have a good experience.

Highly recommend for anyone who appreciates great meat and great service.

We had dinner with a large group. The salad bar food and variety of meats are tremendous and delicious. The service was excellent, especially early on. However, the persons serving meats came around with less and less frequency.

We came for Thanksgiving, and it was the perfect way to spend the holiday! The service was excellent, and the vast selection of meats were cooked to perfection. There was a great selection of sides, and the desserts were delicious, especially the carrot cake! We will definitely be back soon!

First time there. Will go back when I can. It was on the expensive side but what can you expect for all you can eat steak, pork, lamb, and chicken. Great service and the key lime pie was to die for.

This place is amazing! A nice variety of full flavor meat. The waiter was very informative and attentive. This is the second time we have been to this place and we WILL go back again.

Last minute date night plan and we enjoyed every moment. Justin our waiter was very attentive and made sure we got the cuts that we wanted as soon as possible. He did a good job explaining the specials and checking in on us to make sure we didn't need any additional sides. Food and atmosphere along with the staff were all great. Will be back!

Petter is the best, I do not remember how many times I have come over for special occasions, this is a great place for meet lovers

For it to be our first time there the server didn't offer help with menu items and always seemed to be in a rush when asking if we needed anything or when she was bringing stuff. Would be understandable if the restaurant was busy but it wasn't and she was standing around most of the time. Sometimes her tone was also rude and condescending.

We normally have a great experience, food & service. We decided to bring out of town guests. Huge disappointment because service was not very good. We told the waiter that they were not coming by table with the meat. We saw him talk to a female manager. No change. Waiter came back We told him still no meat. He then went to male management. They came with a couple meats but surely not all that is said to be offered. Never saw waiter again until he delivered bill and asked how it was. This was a huge disappointment. We wanted to show our friends how great it was but that surely didn't happen. With a total bill over $550, it definitely was not worth it!

The service is always excellent and the food is always excellent. It could be a bit cheaper though--a bit expensive, but always good.

A great evening of sharing and enjoying the food. Our waiter Jada was fantastic. She was very informative and pleasant. Made our experience all the better. We did get happy hour wine which we enjoyed very much. Nice selection that was on happy hour. 2 of us did the full meats and salad bar and 1 did the salad bar. The salad bar (not really a salad bar as they have hot items as well as lots of non traditional salad bar items such as smoked salmon). Is great. You can definitely do a meal of just salad bar. Smoked salmon is particularly good as is the spiced shrimp and black beans. We enjoyed the flank steak, filet mignon, and sausage to name a few of the meats we enjoyed very much. The desserts looked great though we had no room for any of them. Note there is an extra charge for the dessert. $12 to $15. A great evening!
