Ignored for a majority of the evening and only offered a few cuts of meat while all the tables around us were repeatedly served, and after the waiter promised multiple times to address the issue with the carvers and managers. Once "dinner" was over and 1.5 hours post our reservation, I politely shared my feedback to the manager after paying the full price bill and tip, but was offered no excuse or mitigation other than she'd address the issue with the carvers. I've been here many times and it has been generally good, but was very disappointed, especially with the laissez faire attitude of the management staff. I also don't feel it was fair to have to pay full price for being ignored and only offered a small selection of meats.

Food was delicious always a nice atmosphere waiter was super cool. The down side. We split the bill with some friends. They were charges the correct amount I however was charged the full amount not the split amount. Contacted Texas de Brazil and was told I needed to wait a week to see if it clears up . Here I am 2.5 weeks into this and nothing from them to rectify the situation. I'm 0unot just the amount I was supposed to pay but a full $368. Thanks texas de Brazil. At this point. I'd like a FULL REFUND!. this not acceptable!

This used to be my favorite spot for birthdays or special occasions. They now push chicken hard with less beef and lamb coming around. Lamb chops are now an upcharge on top of an already pricey bill(they used to be included. Not that it matter but my wife got the reservation and told them it was my birthday(hate that). I was told happy birthday, we dont give a free desert anymore. Lol not that i wanted it or asked for itbut the info was delivered in a rude manner. All this after standing around 45 minutes after our reservation. Hate seeing this place down slide. Not gonna last in shortpump with that kinda behavior.
Parking: Because of location, parking on a Saturday can be a challenge.

The server was slower than normal. The gaucho's serving the meat was on point, providing special requests in a timely manner. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked. The server providing drinks had to be reminded of drinks needed refilled. Overall, using the discount card every one ate for around $40 each including non-alcoholic drink and tip.

Although we have eaten here several times with almost no issues at all. Generally pleasant, excellent food, reasonable service. My wife, daughter and mother in law at there today, Monday. In the past we are on a Saturday or Sunday and from the experience I heard makes me wonder if they should only be open on those 2 days. Very slow service, water filled once over 30 minutes through meal, and a lot of talk and discussion of personal life issues with other servers.I still give this place a high rating for the weekends in the past but will never again visit during a week day due to the unprofessional service given.A place that advertises itself as “upscale” and charges $50.00 plus per plate needs to do better than a MacDonalds level experience.Desert was offered but in a manor that as stated was able to be taken home, as if to say don’t eat it here.
