The employees and customer service were outstanding! This property is now pet friendly and very much welcoming. Check in and check out we’re extremely quick and easy. Room and hallway colors seem a little loud in contrast. Comfortable bedding and good HVAC. Pool was closed and very little in terms of breakfast grab items… disappointing. Would stay here again if in the area despite limited amenities.

Nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was very nice. Everything worked fine and the shower was nice (we love the shower soap/shampoo/conditioner they provide). Our only complaint was that the carpet in our room was not as clean as we would have expected and was a bit worn, but not too bad. Would definitely stay there again.

The staff at this property couldn't do enough for me, friendly , courteous and accommodating! The hotel was clean, the room and bed was comfortable, good shower, the wifi was good. Hotel staff was hospitable and the location for food, Starbucks etc was great.

Such a wonderful trip. We were greeted on our very late arrival by Sharon who helped us so much and was so friendly! Even though it was late she made sure we were able to purchase a snack. Darryl was super helpful the next day too! Overall it was a wonderful stay. The only thing that would have made our stay better was if complimentary coffee and water were provided.

I booked 2 nights at this location, the first night here I dealt with an incessant rattling from the air conditioner for hours, even after turning it off, when I complained to the front desk his response was were booked. The attendant made zero effort to correct the situation no offer to get it looked at or apologies for inconvenience i would not recomend this hotel to anyone visiting the Short Pump area.
This was our first visit to the hotel. We had an athletic tournament in Midlothian. This hotel was modern and decorated for the Christmas season. The hotel was in very good shape. The staff was present, as it was a holiday weekend. The Bistro staff deserves kudos for staying open and serving us a late snack on Thanksgiving night after our travel in to the area. The only compliant I have is there is one elevator (not two) just off the main lobby. There is a Panera behind the hotel which is nice for morning snacks and lunch. We hope to return again.
