Absolutely amazing evening! My fiancé and I weren't celebrating anything special—just a standard Thursday date night so we chose the ‘Thursdate' special, when we lead to our table it had rose pedals scattered with a nice small lit candle which really set the mood for the evening. The bartender who hosted us as we walked in was terrific, super friendly and welcoming. Our server was TERRIFIC to say the least. I believe her name was Jenna and we didn't have to ask her for a single item—she brought over refills when we were half empty, she cleared the table and brought us our food promptly, she was perfect! You definitely get what you pay for at this location, food looked exquisite, staff is immpecable and nothing was left a-miss. 110% recommend!
We had a great evening! Service was excellent, food was good...overall nice experience! Thanks.
We were here to celebrate a family member's birthday, and everything was perfect! I had ordered balloons and chocolate covered strawberries in advance, and they were both waiting on the table for the birthday girl when we arrived. This was our second visit and, once again, it was wonderful. Lexi was phenomenal-she made sure that we were taken care of from start to finish. I can't say enough about how much we appreciated everything that she did to make our experience enjoyable.
Sadly, my wife and I were very disappointed in our visit. The server we had was not attentive at all. We apparently were her only table in the vicinity and we felt neglected. (Anecdotally, another server that had 3 tables near us was very attentive and personable.) A lot of time passed between courses culminating in my wife asking the Receptionist to find our server when we had waited for more than 20 minutes after finishing our main course. At that point it had taken two hours to finish three courses with dessert yet to be served. The manager visited us and apologized for the delays. She gave us a $25 coupon toward our next visit! We have no intention of using it. It appears that dining at the Melting Pot is a “hit or miss” proposition.
Service was slow regarding our waitress. Left us sitting for long periods waiting between courses. There was no flow to the dinner at all. Three other tables in our area had two different waitresses and we saw them come and go and take care of their patrons several times in between each of our visits. Not the experience that I'm used to from this restaurant.
They worked very hard to make our anniversary dinner very special. Multiple employees wished us a happy anniversary. Our server made sure to help with our dietary restrictions every turn of the way. The little extras and paying attention to detail really made it feel special.
Absolutely wonderful experience throughout. We made a reservation for 2 for our anniversary and loved every minute. The food was wonderful and super easy to cook. They have a QR code with an user-friendly layout to keep track of cook times. Service was polite, informative and patient. Dont be afraid to refill those side items for your dip! Something we didnt expect to be an option for the 4 course meal. The booth was very private with calming lighting. Really felt that we were the only ones there. Will definitely come again. Great for super special occasions.
We enjoyed a nice dinner! The food was amazing, our favorite was the chocolate fondue! Our server was top notch. If you visit, ask for Ethan! He made the entire experience worth it. We look forward to returning!
Always a great experience here! I’ve done solo as well as date nights & friend dates here. The food is consistently delicious, and the four-course option makes it such a fun and unique outing. It’s more than just dinner—it’s an experience. My server Jenna was so sweet and attentive, which made everything even better. Can’t wait to come back!
It’s not worth the price. If you look closely the booths aren’t well cleaned and food is subpar

Food was fantastic. Boots are a little tight so it was very awkward for me to sit at the table. Our waitress was a little rude. I asked for a refill of my raspberry lemonade and she took on a tone and said "that's not free." Kind of disappointing. I know your prices and was fully expecting to pay for things.
It was out first time going there, celebrating our 4 year anniversary and it was amazing. The food was delicious. The chocolate was definitely my favorite part. Our server was absolutely great. She explained the menu and how everything worked. We will be back soon!
The tables are quite small and barely give any room for all the food and drinks. Don't order the rose petals for a celebration. Although a sweet idea, they really take over the table. And we ended up just throwing them away.
The cheese course was good. Kinda confused why they would have baby carrots, raw cauliflower and broccoli..have you ever tried to stab raw cauliflower with a fondue fork? It's impossible. The carrots were also wet and the cheese slipped right off.
We had the chocolate dulce fondue for dessert. Some choices were again, questionable. The pound cake fell apart when we stabbed it and the strawberries were cut so small they didn't fit on the fork. But it was tasty and still the highlight of our meal.
We were very disappointed with the main course. Pacific Rim and a surf and turf. Good food choices by menu standards but the execution could have been way better. The fish (salmon and tuna) simply falls apart while cooking and we had to fish it out ( no pun intended) with the slotted spoon from the veg dish. The dry rubbed pork and herb chicken flavors were so overpowering it tainted the court bouillon (which smelled so bad we both werebnauseated and couldn't finish the entrees. The shrimp were decent. Finally the teriyaki beef was severely over marinated the meat was mealy by the time it cooked. I would also recommend using the slotted spoon if you get the potstickers.
We may be back but only for cheese and chocolate. All in all, it was not worth the price. But it was a fun time with my hubby on our anniversary. We both liked the interactive dinner. Really gave us something to talk about.
What a wonderful time! Great staff! Great food! Everyone was delightful. Perfect night out!
not a bad restaurant but pretty subpar for a Melting Pot the food is great as always but the staff act like they work at a Waffle House and the atmosphere is kinda dark and bland
