Absolutely wonderful experience throughout. We made a reservation for 2 for our anniversary and loved every minute. The food was wonderful and super easy to cook. They have a QR code with an user-friendly layout to keep track of cook times. Service was polite, informative and patient. Dont be afraid to refill those side items for your dip! Something we didnt expect to be an option for the 4 course meal. The booth was very private with calming lighting. Really felt that we were the only ones there. Will definitely come again. Great for super special occasions.
We enjoyed a nice dinner! The food was amazing, our favorite was the chocolate fondue! Our server was top notch. If you visit, ask for Ethan! He made the entire experience worth it. We look forward to returning!
Always a great experience here! I’ve done solo as well as date nights & friend dates here. The food is consistently delicious, and the four-course option makes it such a fun and unique outing. It’s more than just dinner—it’s an experience. My server Jenna was so sweet and attentive, which made everything even better. Can’t wait to come back!
It’s not worth the price. If you look closely the booths aren’t well cleaned and food is subpar
The tables are quite small and barely give any room for all the food and drinks. Don't order the rose petals for a celebration. Although a sweet idea, they really take over the table. And we ended up just throwing them away.
The cheese course was good. Kinda confused why they would have baby carrots, raw cauliflower and broccoli..have you ever tried to stab raw cauliflower with a fondue fork? It's impossible. The carrots were also wet and the cheese slipped right off.
We had the chocolate dulce fondue for dessert. Some choices were again, questionable. The pound cake fell apart when we stabbed it and the strawberries were cut so small they didn't fit on the fork. But it was tasty and still the highlight of our meal.
We were very disappointed with the main course. Pacific Rim and a surf and turf. Good food choices by menu standards but the execution could have been way better. The fish (salmon and tuna) simply falls apart while cooking and we had to fish it out ( no pun intended) with the slotted spoon from the veg dish. The dry rubbed pork and herb chicken flavors were so overpowering it tainted the court bouillon (which smelled so bad we both werebnauseated and couldn't finish the entrees. The shrimp were decent. Finally the teriyaki beef was severely over marinated the meat was mealy by the time it cooked. I would also recommend using the slotted spoon if you get the potstickers.
We may be back but only for cheese and chocolate. All in all, it was not worth the price. But it was a fun time with my hubby on our anniversary. We both liked the interactive dinner. Really gave us something to talk about.
not a bad restaurant but pretty subpar for a Melting Pot the food is great as always but the staff act like they work at a Waffle House and the atmosphere is kinda dark and bland

The experience was great. The fondue cheese for the appetizer is super filling. The main course was tasty but the chocolate fondue for dessert was worth it all. Our server was fantastic. His name is Ethan. You have to ask for him. He makes everything fun and helps if you need it when cooking your main meats! It’s an experience you should try. If you just want dessert and drinks for happy hour this is awesome and fun.
Our waitress Lexi left us multiple times. I placed a reservation for my moms birthday, and as soon as our main course came she disappeared. We had asked her as soon as our food came for extra dips and she hadn’t brought them. When she finally did, she said “I’m a little late” with no apology after we stated we were waiting to continue cooking for the dips. She said “Well thank you” with no apology after. She had also, almost, came and went from the table 3 times without offering a coffee refill, even with the cup sitting right at the edge of the table. She still continued to ghost us and the hostess, Kay, ended up having to take my finished plates off the table while I’m watching my mom still eat. The hostess also said she would start preparing our chocolate. At the end, we had to ask her to take the picture when they normally take it.. (when dessert is delivered), and when she brought it, she handed it directly to us, couldn’t even put it in the frame. I’ve done this birthday experience 2 years in a row, and was hoping my mom could also have a nice birthday Melting Pot experience. At the end, when we spoke to the manager, Megan, she apologized on her behalf and gave us a $50 gift certificate. Huge thanks for the hostess and manager for holding up what our waitress couldn’t.
Please go see taylorShe will take great care of you. She's a wonderful human being, and the service is fantastic.By far the best service i've ever gotten. Someone who will go above and beyond for you.
