I would give e a 0 if it allowed me. My husband d and I walked in and sat down and there were 2 people standing waiting on a order and we waited and waited and not o ce did anyone greet us or say good evejng...etc....we got up and left. Very disappointed. Won't go back to that Williamsburg Road (close to Capital Inn)location.

Every time I go to this waffle house i have a good experience. Today Wesley really made my day. He provided amazing service. He also found my headphones and ran to give them to me before I left. There's plenty of waffle houses to choose from this is definitely one of the good ones!!

Food was so great waffles melted in my mouth will come again , 🥳🥳10/10 Say I’m lying the waffles smoke in your mouth never had like waffles like literally like I don’t know literally melt , Steak Delicious season well best toast in town.

So one of tge Waffles Houses were closed upon arrival...I may have given one one of them a review that was meant for the open Waffle House. We don't live in Richmond so Im not familiar with the streets location. Anyway, the open Waffle House that served us was magnificent
Went after concert for a bite to eat and they have turned waffle house to carry out only after dinner. This is little crazy to me who wants a soggy carry out waffle. Very disappointed after 30 years of waffle house post concert and days off on night shift that is no more. With the airport being so close and no other restaurants open this is an odd choice that I really don't understand. The staff where all just sitting in a booth. I ended up going home and making food for everyone. So I can't really rate the food on this trip since we didn't get any.
