Horrible! Quality of service very lacking. I seated myself, waitress said she'd be right with me. Okay no problem. 5 minutes later she came tothe booth abd asked what I wanted. I told her I didn't know since I hadn't seen a menu. She did promptly provide one. Quality of food gone downhill. Eggs & cheese used to be with 3 eggs. Now only 1. I asked for a side of HB's scattered, covered, and smothered, nothing smothered, no cheese on the egg, when I mentioned to the waitress about lack of cheese, she said I said no cheese. I had to remind her I ordered the eggs & cheese platter! And that I turned down the offer of cheese in the grits that comes with platter. I then showed her there were no onions in HB's. I never get cheese on grits here in the south. ( only up north in OH where the grits are lumpy.) 'Cause people in the south know how to make grits smooth and creamy. (That exact phrase is on the menu) nope! Not any more. Lumpy and cold. Yuk! The raisn toast has shrunk in size by about a third. I won't be going back ever.

I got home and they didn't bag my melt cheesecake melt...and I couldn't call the restaurant as it was automated. Going back tomorrow to get refund or will reverse my payment

Food was good. I think the cook used too much oil on the grill. I had to soak up the excess with a napkin. Service was good. Manager and staff not working together. Employees weren't complying with company requirements and manager was working hard to get them to comply.

Walked in went to sit at a table when a waitress shouted, tables are reserved, there are seats available at the counter. Upon inspection I noticed several booths open. Horrible experience.

Stopped here for a quick bite to eat. I haven’t had Waffle House in years. The food is still good just like I remember. Of course the signature waffle is always a hit!! 10/10 my waitress Tamara was the bomb she should me southern hospitality. Tamara should be recognized for her service. Thanks agin for the food and love!!
