Dear Mr. Waffle House you have very poor service. The fact that you can’t even go in the restaurant at 3Am. The waitress Liz had me standing outside for 20 minutes to tell me that they were shutting the grill down for 30 minutes. I don’t understand why is it so hard to get food in Richmond, Va at 3Am from a restaurant that is open 24hrs I’m taking my business to Denny’s up the street.

This place has horrible service the manager there with the tiny dreads lightskin super rude , the place isn’t sanitary they aren’t changing they’re gloves aren’t washing the dishing correctly and it was hair in my food I highly recommend you guys just go to the one on brook road or parham rd the west broad location should be health inspected and shut down they are dirty !!!!

7/24/2025 This waffle house was kool and peaceful the food came out the way it was supposed to and the waitress was made kool. Food was cooked well and was hot when it came to the table we had no complaints about the food or service from this location

They closed the dining room a full hour before the posted and advertised time. More than that they locked the door, meaning the patrons that were already inside had to ask a staff member to unlock the door so that they could exit. Those who were outside were rudely told that they had to order from the window,but then ignored when they tried to do so. I know waffle House was never five star dining, but somehow they have managed to take the bar lower.
Very typical Waffle House experience. It felt safe it was moderately clean the food was moderately good and the service was okay. Provided a great tip because I know how hard being a breakfast cook is :-)

This is the waffle house company's best location. The serving sizes are larger, the staff friendlier and I got an extra egg! This one is actually clean. Very good spot

I love me some Waffle House. So anytime I’m in Richmond VA I make sure to stop by one. I love the plain waffle or chocolate chip waffle. I usually get eggs with toast on the side. This time I tried the steak sandwich. 🥪 It was pretty good I truly enjoyed it. Definitely coming back soon 10/10 highly recommend.
