These people work WAY too hard for WAY too little, so don't expect fancy restaurant food/service/atmosphere, but the coffee was fresh and hot, the eggs, hashbrowns, and waffle were all cooked to perfection and the staff were all personable and funny about the short staffing issues they face. They appreciate you asking to play some music on the TouchTunes jukebox and the food is cheap, so be kind and tip accordingly. I like to tip the bill at Waffle House because I know how hard these employees work, the long hours, the insufferable customers that are inevitable, and their dedication to provide the same service everyday.Vegetarian options: Waffles, hashbrowns, grits, or grilled cheese.

April, our waitress was awesome! She worked on Easter sunday and despite was the only waitress on staff for that shift was still pleasantly courteous. What a wonderful employee, she deserves a raise corporate!

Great and wonderfully fast service. Love that they had a hostess at the front as they were packed! In and out super fast! Special mention for the host & my waitress who was very sweet. I forget her name but she was younger and soft spoken.Parking: Great and spacious.Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly during business hours. Probably shouldn’t bring your kid at 2 am on a Saturday though.Wheelchair accessibility: I noticed they were wheelchair accessible.

takes forever to bring out the food or even service us. once i got the food i got things i said I didn’t want on and i waited even longer. they didn’t ask for any refills or anything. worst customer service.

Shawn is a great coook with all patience in the world , I just wish they give a second cook!!!! I’m tired of waiting for my food every Friday & Saturday night after the club & he’s the only cook!!!! Not to mention, it’s FREEZING ALL THE TIME, change the temperature & see Savanah, she’s a great waitress!

I had the pleasure of dining in on a very busy rainy Friday night. Nick the server and Nelson on the grill were phenomenal. They were the only two scheduled to work and they handle it very well. The restaurant had a steady flow of customers in and out and they worked very well together and communicated very patiently with each other. What a great experience and awesome bit of entertainment at the same time.
