Very nice local brewery down here in Virginia. I’m not into beer too much but I had a stronger ipa and it tasted awesome. They also have nice lighter options as well. A good local story and a peaceful rustic charm to the place.

Waygone is my favorite brewery in the west end. I’m always greeted by name with a smile when I walk in and feel welcomed. This is also a go-to for my husband and I if we are getting together with friends who have kids. They have lots of toys and a side room area for playing. My favorite drinks are Bluey and the rosé wine. I also love playing darts. My dad (who can be picky about beer) lives down the road and now comes in here weekly too to pick up to-go cans. 10/10 spot!

Bottom line: KID FRIENDLY, GREAT BEER, AMAZING STAFF! Great IPAs and ambiance! The staff are very kind and helpful. There are plenty of games to play or darts to throw. There’s also a kid friendly section on the side with games and toys for them. I’ve been to Waygone several times and I’m always extremely pleased with each visit.
