Service was slow at first - seemed understaffed. Then picked up after appetizers came out. Food was amazing - all 8 of us loved it. The calamari, Chesapeake oysters , fried oystets, and fried grouper sandwich were outstanding.

Our waitress was great! We were seated and then they brought a large party next to us... while there were many empty tables nearby... hard to enjoy our own conversation. Two of the three meals were good ... the third meal was fair. We were disappointed as this was not what we had experienced at WCP before... doubt we will go back. Flies were circling our meals and we spent time shooing them away(we were dining inside, not close to the door) in the back dining room). We had made reservations to celebrate our friend's birthday and it was disappointing.

We sat outside on a lovely evening. The only noise was from the occasional motorcycle or loud care. It was very pleasant. While service was generally good (it took an awfully long time for one of our party's drink to arrive), the food was fair. Two people shared the ceviche as an appetizer. Both thought it tasted strange and didn't finish it. When the waiter was told why they didn't finish it, he commented that he has had other customers with similar dissatisfaction. He says he has told management but it is still on the menu. He should have told our guests that he didn't recommend it! That said, he did take it off the bill. Two people had the cioppino, which they said was good if perhaps a bit bland. Two of us had the simply prepared rockfish, which was as advertised. All in all, a pleasant but average meal.
