Got it delivered through doordash and they forgot to put in my fries that I paid a good amount of money for. UNACCEPTABLE! Not only that, but the wings were dry aswell. I would not recommend this location to ANYONE.

Most importantly, the wings are great. I think they are better than the local options and chains in this area. The service was not great last time I ordered. We realized our pickup order was missing a couple items when we got it home (15-20 minutes away). Called the store to let them know, they asked us to come back to get them. Not doing that, asked for delivery. Not available. Said we could call the GM the next morning for a refund. Any manager should be able to process a refund.

This place was disgusting the floors were dirty. The soda machine looks like it has never been washed. The food tasted awful. I took one bite of my chicken and it was inedible same with the fries. DO NOT GO HERE

The 2 stars come from having good crispy tenders, everything else was poor. I put in a pickup order as I was strapped for time. The email confirmation says order will be ready in 16-21 minutes. I went in and waited at least another 5 minutes at the designated pick up area while there were 2 other gentlemen waiting to order at the register and a delivery service driver waiting at the pick up windows. Not once did any of the 4 gentlemen working in the back acknowledge any of us or attempt to help us so I helped myself. I was able to grab my order and let them know I was grabbing my cup for my drink too. I believe one of them were saying hey but I didn't care at that point. My tenders were good, but just as I was trying to avoid, my fries were cold not even warm. Definitely not coming back here, would rather go to America's Best Wings with this service.

We just recently started ordering In a business a customer should be satisfied are they always right no But as a manager it should never be stated we are training people and we are not perfect I’m not asking anyone to be perfect just to have a little consideration for the customer If you are out of a product don’t assume you can replace it with anything communicate that to a customer in the last week we have been there several time I’m not asking for any refund Just for the Manager to always remember customer are important that’s why you have a pay check and the lights stay on

Came in to pick up a mobile order and noticed that multiple employees were not wearing gloves (one of the was constantly adjusting his pants.) Filed a complaint and was called back by the manager of the restaurant and when I mentioned my issue I was responded with “We don’t wear gloves at this location, and have never had any kind of sanitation issues.” After seeing the rest of the restaurant and reading these reviews I highly doubt that. When addressing my concerns about the guy messing with his pants and handling food I was told “Well it’s not like his hands were down his pants.” (Like that makes it better.) I was ultimately told “If you feel like it’s an issue then you don’t have to come back.” If rating negatively was an option I still don’t think that would be low enough.

Wings were great and fresh. Fries, which are usually my favorite were room temperature at best and not fresh. You can do better.

Never go to this wing stop again. We just moved here and tried out the new location and we instantly regretted it. We ordered the food and once we got it we realized just how much they messed up. They forgot a whole order and all the food was cold. The drinks were all wrong. For the drinks we ordered three sweet teas and one HighC fruit punch. Instead, we got three unsweet teas and some random drink that literally looks like pee (no exaggerations). Do you know how discussing it is to dip your straw and take the first sip only to find out it’s unsweet? What could be any worse than the bitter taste on your taste buds? One of our fries were supposed to be lemon pepper, which it wasn’t and all the rest of the fries taste of no seasoning. The staff is just so uncouth. We called the restaurant back and the staff member had a whole attitude and tried to blame the fries and the drinks on the DoorDasher because they don’t apparently have their own drivers. They admitted to getting one of our wing orders wrong but instead of trying to fix it and have it re-delivered to us they insisted we come pick it up or just get a refund (which would take 5-10 business days). We all know that DoorDash is do not come in contact physically with a person’s food or drinks, they simply pick up the order, so the person at the restaurant lied straight to our face. We even called the DoorDash or to confirm which he said that they were trying to set him up by lying and said that he got our drinks. As someone who has worked in the food industry for a while, I don’t understand how this behavior is acceptable. The guy also goes on pointing the finger and arguing back and forth with us instead of trying to make it right.

Absolutely terrible .. Out of 24 wings there was only one flat. They also mixed all the wings that weren’t plain so who knows which flavor was which .. Lazy.
