Really disappointed with the service and management. I had called the same day to see if a gender reveal cake could be made for me with a short notice. After they had confirmed with a chef that they could do it, I asked over the phone if I needed to pay over the phone. They said they needed to confirm one more thing and would call me back. I never heard back from them but assumed my order had been taken. I called that same day in the evening to say we could pick it up the next day. The woman that answered said that it was fine and didn’t check for me in the system to see if the order had been placed properly. I arrived the next day and was told nothing was made for me and that they attempted to call me back. I showed them my phone records and that I hadn’t received anything. Don’t know why the calls didn’t go through but told them I had called that evening and no one confirmed or checked the status of my order. They said they could now only do cupcakes instead of the original cake and that it would be more than the original quote. I asked if we could stick to the original quote as a mistake had been made and they were adamant that they could not and that they would have to do a full review over time to see if a credit could be given even though I offered to show my phone records and voicemails. I didn’t have a single voicemail or call from them. I wanted to pay but wanted to pay the amount that was originally quoted since this was an item that was different to what I wanted. We ended up not getting anything. making sure employees always check when a customer calls about their order could help avoid future issues.

I ordered 3 shortcakes 3 days in advance for a birthday party. The day the were to be delivered they were “ out” of the product. How about looking at your orders in anticipation for requests? Really ? Birthday ruined. Your welcome.

Worst worst worst worst service ! We called to check if key lime pie is available . They mentioned its available . We checked to reserve one for us , they said come for pickup we are keeping it on the side . They also mentioned no advance payment needed. Alls fine . Husband rushed to pick (30 mins away) to our surprise the pie is not available . Pie is sold out - the response to this was place an order and pick it tomorrow !!

My kid and I had a great experience. Food was tasty and coffee was amazing. Very eager to come back as it was a lovely atmosphere and the wedding cake selection and general cake selection seems staggeringly good. You are probably going to pay a higher an average price, but it appears very clearly that you're getting higher than average product.
Coffee was definitely way better than we were brothers.

A few at our table ordered the pancakes and they were very bad. Dry, with a nasty aftertaste. Bacon and eggs were fine. Water cups were empty most of the meal.

Ordered 8 dozen cupcakes for my sisters baby shower and picked 7 favors! THEY WERE INCREDIBLE! So, not only did they look stunning, but they tasted unbelievable! Would recommend for any occasion and the prices are extremely reasonable.

Their cake pricing is shady and expensive. I asked for the initial cost of the smallest cake they had, which they said was 7 inches by 3 inches (height). Then I asked what it would be like with a very simple design (sent a photo with a design that literally would have taken less than 60 seconds using a spatula and cake turntable) and received one email saying it was an additional $15 then shortly after (within minutes) received a second email saying it would be an additional $25 and then they tried to say it would be even more than $25 to add height to the cake which I did not ask for... Then I asked what the original price included and they told me if I wanted the design to the original price it was $25, just randomly raising the initial quote for the exact same thing by $10. Overall, the cost of the little cake would have been more expensive than my wedding cake, and I think that's saying something about this bakery. Also, I asked for a dairy free cake and I'm SO glad I didn't order from here after reading other reviews. I'm highly allergic to whey, a protein in dairy, (and have epipens for it) and based on other reviews, it looks like they use whey in their dairy free cakes.

The customer service is terrible. They need someone else other than the mean woman in charge. I feel bad for the whole staff who has to work with her she must make it super unpleasant. We used to go every week but with the witch Mrs. Trunchbull being there she was the crankiest most unfriendly person I’ve ever encountered. Wouldnt even let my daughter look at the bakers through the window. The bakers are amazing though and we love them. Please advise and reassess who you want to be in charge of your bakery. This woman has ruined it for me as a frequent costumer. I will not be back. Also she is greasy, messy and unkempt making the beautiful goodies unappealing. Such a shame.
