I don’t want to bash Aslin because of the business aspect of a brewery and trying to expand a business, but they’ve gone downhill . The quality of beer has gone wayyyyyy downhill. I would sit in a line for an hour waiting for Aslin beer releases 5-6 years ago for their releases because they created a magnificent product. I loved this place. The beer now, palatable. The starfish series was a phenomenal series of beer years ago. I don’t know what happened? Either they lost the brewers or changed the recipe. Any one know why the beer is okay.. at best???
Trivia and beer. Lots of fun! The only drawback was that the place was FREEZING cold! Multiple doors are opened constantly.
We tried so many beers and could not find one that was not DELICIOUS. A+. Great vibes for just kicking back or families. One more A+ for the road.
Pizza’s a solid 7/10. Good stuff!
Started going to Aslin during the pandemic/post-lockdown environment. It has always been super clean, enjoyable and what we were looking for. Employees are friendly and patrons are happy. My only complaint would be pricing.
Great food and beer, but the coffee shop that is supposed to open 8am doesn’t open sometimes despite the webpage and doors saying 8am
First time visiting for coffee and I’m more than impressed! You know what’s better than a perfectly prepared lavender latte….. the smile and company of the team member serving it! Wyatt is phenomenal! Thank you for making my day and reminding me how amazing Aslin is!
Good Food ? and Great Beer ? and Good Atmosphere!

Beer and pizza! This is love. Their burgers are tasty, too.
I came to this great brewery and restaurant in early June after a training near Dulles Airport. The beers (a watermelon sour and a Pilsner) hit the spot and the white garlic pizza was top notch! The outdoor seating was just right on a balmy Monday night. If you are near Dulles for work, this is a great place for an after work beer and pizza.
Loved this place
Good beer. Bad parking lot.
This is a great place to sit with your laptop, drinks or coffee. Take your friends and sit casually however, the food is way too OILY..JUST WAY WAY TOO OILY..I ordered a latte and a mushroom sandwich and there was oil flowing all over, the whole order was $27 and I could take only one single bite, the whole thing was an invitation to massive coronary stoppage. This is not an exaggeration!!!its time for such restaurants to provide air fried options..
