Came in for dinner. Place wasn't packed but did have some people in it. Seated and was able to order quickly. Staff was excellent. Very nice, pleasant, there when you needed something.Food was great, too. Hot. Delicious. My fries were crispy. I added the tots appetizer. While the jalapeños weren't spicy hot, they were still tasty.The burger wasn't burned, which is good. Burning a burger means you don't know how to cook one. Bbq sauce was tangy. Nothing like Texas, but I didn't expect that level of bbq taste. It was a good meal.

Chris the bartender was awesome! Checked on us constantly and kept such a welcoming and friendly attitude with everyone at the bar. Brendan helped us out wherever he could too and had the same work ethic. The service alone makes me want to come back, but they also have a great happy hour and great draft selection.

Fantastic atmosphere and Exceptional service!! Many seats are open at 3pm, but as soon as it's 4pm, the hungry/thirsty crowd starts showing up. A very spacious facility with LOTS of seating. A great selection of draft and bottled beer as well as other adult beverages!! ?????? The menu has many items, to include delicious specialties for guests with food preferences and/or sensitivities. A nice and clean environment, to include the bathrooms. No matter what you are in the mood for, this place is rated 4 stars/beers/burgers!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐????????? Happy Hour starts at 4pm. ?

They show up on Google as a 'great place to watch sports'. While college football was going on they had a racing channel and women's golf. Refused to change even 1 tv to college football. Trash cans.

Unfortunately have to change my 5 star rating to 1 star, after todays completely disappointing experience of waiting literally 2 hours without being served.Honestly I was just curious how long will it take today, so I waited and waited and waited, at the end of the second hour I asked for the general manager and talked to him about this matter. Hopefully they will take steps to improve their service and to bring it on the same level as it was always.By the way, on the neighbour table after around 15 minutes, came the other customer and had the same issue, so he just left without being served after 15 minutes of waiting. ???♂️UPDATE from 25 AUGUST 2023:Frustrating experience again!!! ?I came in the almost empty bar and was waiting for service 16+ minutes. I had to call general manager again (Greg), just then they began to move! Horrible!!!I assume, that they just ignore you if you come alone, since the tips are not so big. If I could give -10 stars for service, I would definitely do it! ?And then the server brings me the soft drink full with ice, without even asking me if I want any ice at all. ??♂️?I have the feeling that in every Bar Louie the waiters are lacking the knowledge of the basics of the customer service and they have zero enthusiasm.I think this matter should be considered by higher level authorities in the Bar Louie world.Since I know that the waiters work for very small basic salary, I keep giving them,as always, tips above the average, but slowly I tend to think, that all these guys take these tips from customers for granted.Maybe it is our, customers fault, that we do not educate these unenthusiastic waiters, by tipping them lower or not tipping at all and requesting general manager?Or maybe we customers are too cowardly, assuming that these waiters can do something bad to our ordered food and drinks?At the end of the day, I think, as a customer, I do not have to waist my time and nerves to deal with any negativity in any place, writing so much, etc.That is why Bar louie hires managers, that have to professionally manage the place in every possible way, including waiters, bartenders etc. and not just answering here on revues pretending that they care.Perception of the job well done can not become a reality, if it is not really well done, especially in private sector of gastronomy.Kid-friendliness: I would not advise to go there with kids. The service is horrible and very slow, if there is any at all.

One of the bar tenders (the one with dreads and a beard) is pretty disrespectful. I was served a drink that seemed like it had no liquor in it at all. That's fine and all but then I asked "can you make these a little stronger please" he responded with "believe me there's alcohol in there". I said "well can I have it stronger. He said "well I've been a bar tender for 12 years and believe me there's alcohol in there". After asking him a third time, he hesitated, huffed, then said "okay" with a sarcastic smirk on his face. At this point my wife just said never mind and we'll just leave. They have some good servers (like Devereaux) and we enjoy Bar Louie, and maybe he was having a bad day, but it's still no excuse to be treated like garbage.

Food was average. Service sucked. Worst while we were (2+ hrs) they were unable to change the channel to US Open Semi Final or any sport. There were 6 screens on one TV and were told they don't have a remote initially and then the bartender was busy (really on a Wed evening with less than 20 people in restaurant). You just lost my business and also my friends. We ain't coming back
