I came in to get the new dubai chocolate sundae and it was exquisite. I'm not sure if it was the sundae itself, or the customer service! The young man behind the counter was extremely kind and understanding. He let me try as many samples as I wanted and the ice cream was delightful. The young lady who I thought was his coworker which turned out to be his mother was also outstandingly kind and sweet. This is probably the best Baskin-Robbins i've been to!

Just wanna give a huge shout out to the manager and the cake decorator for making this happen!! Made a last minute Hello Kitty cake theme order for a party at 2ish pm and they got it done within 5hrs!!!! They deserve the business and they will definitely get any future cake orders from me now. Leave tips people!!

Terrible service today. The store is under staffed for the area and the demand. The man running the counter made it extremely difficult to use coupons as he didn't seem to understand how to process them.

One of the worst in customer service. Nobody bothered to attend to us while we were waiting at the counter. When asked, they didn’t even apologize and acted like we were invisible. What’s going on?

We had a wonderful experience at this Baskin Robbins. The ice cream cake we ordered was perfectly made and exactly what we asked for. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone was friendly and made the experience special. I definitely would recommend this location!

Best BR I’ve possibly been to in Northern Virginia, the new owners are so sweet, the store is beyond clean and looks fancy with the new cabinets. Definitely recommend!!

The staff was friendly and welcoming. They were patient as I decided on my order, offering helpful recommendations and even letting me sample a couple of flavors before choosing. The store was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a sweet treat.
