Baskin-Robbins

One of the worst in customer service. Nobody bothered to attend to us while we were waiting at the counter. When asked, they didn’t even apologize and acted like we were invisible. What’s going on?

We had a wonderful experience at this Baskin Robbins. The ice cream cake we ordered was perfectly made and exactly what we asked for. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Everyone was friendly and made the experience special. I definitely would recommend this location!

I just got two ice cream cakes from Baskin Robbins and they were fantastic! The cakes were beautifully made and tasted amazing. The staff were very friendly and made the whole experience quick and easy. I’ll definitely be coming back here for more!

Best BR I’ve possibly been to in Northern Virginia, the new owners are so sweet, the store is beyond clean and looks fancy with the new cabinets. Definitely recommend!!

I recently visited Baskin Robbins, and it was a great experience! The ice cream was as delicious as always, with so many flavors to choose from.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. They were patient as I decided on my order, offering helpful recommendations and even letting me sample a couple of flavors before choosing. The store was clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a sweet treat.

My husband and I just purchased ice cream at this Franklin Farm location. The young man and young lady who waited on us were so polite and chipper even though it was close to closing time. We hadn't been to this location in many years, but we will certainly be back again soon. Thanks for our great ice cone and shake and for the excellent service!

Employee, the kind of old lady doesn’t have any welcoming qualities at all. She doesn’t smile, any positive/welcoming attitude. Tables were dirty. We as a family love the ice cream to it here but didn’t enjoy this time. ?

Wonderful people and gave me a generous portion even though I only bought a small ice cream. Also it was pretty clean, so most of the old reviews 1 star reviews might not be valid. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here!

Shorted on hand pack quart of ice cream. I figure 30% light. Ought to be ashamed of themselves. Stick with Ben & Jerrys. Rip off.

Baskin-Robbins ice cream isn't my favorite chain, but this location is just fine. Decent sized scoops for a decent price and the flavors are okay. Service was pretty quick and they had some outdoor seating so we could enjoy the weather with our ice cream. I'll probably be by again for the convenience and the variety and if you've never had Baskin-Robbins before, you should give it a try and see if it's your scoop.

Came here around two weeks ago, met the nicest young man with curly hair. I told him I had a severe allergy and he took the upmost care of it while being nice. I wish I had tipped the young man more. Best service I’ve had in a while!
