Me and my husband had a layover flight. So we wanted to get some food around the area. I’m a little open to trying something new but my boyfriend is a chef and can be very picky but we loved the food. It was so delicious and the portion size is great for the price. I hope we can return soon just to get another taste of this delicious food.

I’ve visited Bitez in Herndon about 4 or 5 times since their grand opening, and I must say their service and food have always been fantastic. However, I’ve noticed a concerning trend: the portion sizes seem to get smaller with each visit. Initially, the combo meals included multiple scoops of each meat, but now they’re measured out to just one spoonful. This change is quite disappointing and not what I expected from an establishment that started so strong.

Got my order in time. Eating ghost peppers from time to time, I will say the hot sauce is kinda spicy. Lamb is salty but the chicken is well seasoned. It’s a small joint with a couple seats in side and out.

Came here to meet a friend for lunch on Monday. This is mostly a take out / uber eats kind of place. They were playing "Trap Queen" by Fetty Wap very loud. I asked if they could turn the music down so I could talk to my friend, because we were eating in the restaurant. They turned it down. I got my food and sat at a table. About 5 minutes later they turned the music back up. On the plus side - if you're not into loud music, there are a few tables outside. The food was pretty good.

No one greeted me. Music blasting obscenities. Asked for non spicy and still got spicy food. It was an awful experience.

Came here for a quick bite after picking up someone from Dulles airport on a Sunday night. The service was fast, the food was already cooked. There was indoor and outdoor seating. I got a combo over rice, husband ordered chicken over salad with extra meat. The chicken was too spicy. Both the chicken and the lamb were too salty. The salad was plain -- iceberg lettuce, cucumbers, and tomatoes. If salad is on the menu, there should be additional nutritional items to add to the salad, like spring mix or romaine lettuce instead of ice berg, chickpeas, beans, carrots. The service was fine, but the employees seemed inexperienced and disorganized. They put the music on so loud they couldn't hear each other or the customers easily. Despite this, I gave 4 stars for atmosphere because they have board games for customers to play. Overall, if I'm hungry and in the area and want a quick bite to eat, I would come here again.

Extremely salty and spicy. Normally the chicken itself is not this spicy but it was unreasonably spicy even without hot sauce. Awful experience. Come here if you want your food to be so spicy and salty that you cry

Food is delicious, is it $15 delicious I dunno. These prices are getting out of hand. $15 is a sit-down restaurant prices. For the amount of food for the falafel platter I should be able to get 2 of them. Cucumber/tomatoes/lettuce is like $2 worth. Rice is less than $1. Falafel is also at most $2 worth. You're charging me $12 for a $5 worth of food. The worst part was the person making my platter didn't speak any English, so as a first time customer as I was trying to figure it out she couldn't communicate. That's frustrating. Drop your prices make it reasonable.

Look at the pictures for quantity, coke for size.

I've been to this location a few times and had a good experience the first two times I went. The last time I ordered here, I got the combo platter (salad). What I received looked more like soup than a salad. I couldn't even take more than a couple bites. I'm disappointed and will no longer visit this location.

I have found my new addiction. On a whim, my sister and I decided to order combo platters from Bitez and boy are we glad we did! The portions are extremely generous and the flavors are beyond delicious. I seriously could not stop eating it and wasn’t even close to leaving a dent. The food tastes like it was made with love and not like the chain that has a similar concept. Will have to try hard to limit myself from ordering here every day for the foreseeable future. Cannot recommend enough!
