At 1:47, 13 minutes before close a lady came and snatched our balls up while in game and said they were closed even though they close at 2am meanwhile tables were still playing downstairs. This was rude and absolutely disgusting for the staff to handle regulars. We will not be coming back. The customer service is atrocious.

Lounge was huge. They had a lot of pool tables. A nice bar area. The DJ was not the best. He did not know how to mix the music.

Me and my girlfriend came in to play pool and had a great time. Food and service was good! Thanks Michelle for all the help, you were awesome!!! Definitely will be returning.

Myself and my girlfriend arrived at around 12:00 on a Friday and the first served IPA via tap was absolutely awful. We spent at least 15 minutes trying to arrange a different drink because obviously there was something wrong with the tap and after we were compensated we were denied starting a game of pool because it was “too late” even though countless others were playing and being granted pool privileges. Then we attempted to contest with the manager “Tai” or “kai” she became extremely aggressive while also refusing to share her last name. Consistently asked us to leave and claimed my tab was closed when it wasn’t, after verifying with another worker to be sure and them bringing my receipt so we could conclude the terrible service. Great bartenders but terrible management. Stay away if you think you may end up in a situation where you might need help.
