I had a BOGO entrée offer on the app. It was not recognized by the cashier's scan checkout. After some uncomfortable discussion with the employee, she gave me a free meal + drink business card. This was satisfactory with me, but I'm concerned as to why the computer didn't recognize the app's QR code?
This review is specifically for Max who shall receive 5 stars for his service; his customer service stood out as superior amongst his peers and he also was the employee who prepared my food. The ambiance inside in nice, it was quiet when I came in as it was near their closing time. Thank you Max for your patience and kindness towards me as it was my first time in Cafe Rio and I really wanted to try the birria tacos they had at the time and it was delicious !! I hope management...
