Used Uber Eats. The food was excellent. Ordered the chicken piccata, and Caesar salad. I loved how they gave me plenty of Caesar dressing. The chicken piccata was authentic. I just wish they had their desserts were listed on the UEs website. I would have like to have tried them.

This place was good but they do Togo order over in-house orders.

Once I got inside the decor and the music was inviting and the food was excellent. From the outside I didn't even know what to expect and I actually didn't know if they were open so it was a pleasant surprise.

Wonderful food. Be sure to ask for olive oil and balsamic for the bread. We tried the fettuccine Alfredo and stuffed shells. There was one waiter that successfully kept everyone well fed and happy. Salad was good and options were on the larger size. Definitely worth stopping in.

I’ve honestly never had a chicken parm sub so terrible. Dry rubbery bread. Zero flavor. Barely any chicken even on the sandwich. Absolute waste of money

I ordered catering from this place to serve about 60-80 people for a combo baby shower/birthday, and this place was spectacular! I called and spoke with a gentleman named, Jason, and he was so relaxed and confident about the service he could provide, which really helped to reassure me that this catering process of serving so many people would be fine. The process was so simple, I ordered steak and cheese subs, cold cut subs, lasagna, and baked ziti, and the meal came with salad, bread, loads of butter. My guests were raving about the food. I had so many left over trays to give away. So many people kept asking me where I had ordered the catering from, and I was so happy to share this amazing place. This restaurant will definitely be my go to place for large gathering catering. My family was surprised how well stuffed the steak and cheese subs were, because usually places skimp on the meat, but not this place! Thank you Cantina D’Italia for your tasty food, easy ordering process, and making my 80+ guests happy!!

I cannot speak highly enough about Jason and his staff. We needed a location for a post funeral luncheon. I called Jason at Cantina D'italia in Herndon since it was close to the funeral location. He was a joy to work with and completely flexible with everything. He easily removed the stress from a difficult situation with his "we got you". It was perfection. Everything from the food to drinks to desserts was amazing. He easily accommodated various requests with a smile. We couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you so much!

We ordered a meatball sub, fried zucchini, garlic bread, and stuffed shells on DoorDash. I opened up the stuffed shells container and it smelled a little funky…. Well I should have trusted my nose. I took a bite and almost threw up. The ricotta had clearly gone very bad. I am honestly confused of how that was sent out of the kitchen, because without the smell of the marinara to mask it, the sour ricotta smelled absolutely disgusting. Thankfully the other food was fine, but I am extremely disappointed that I was given expired ricotta. DoorDash did also refund us for the entree.
