Cardinal Restaurant and Lounge

This restaurant and bar is located within the Hilton and for a hotel restaurant it is very good. The biggest plus is they are open till 1 am since they are an airport hotel. Doors is even served to the wee hours. Have eaten here many many times and as a whole are consistently good.

They have an impressive whiskey collection, and the bartender is knowledgeable. They have many cocktails choices and lots of beers on tap.

The burgers are great and so is the turkey club. Chicken wings are inconsistent but fine. They do a nice job on salads and their pot stickers are amazing!

food is average hotel food. the service here is absolutely some of the worst service i have ever experienced, my whole table of 7 agreed, the servers have a horrible attitude like they would rather be absolutely anywhere else. do not come if you don’t want to be waiting around to get your order taken. it took at least 20 minutes for my bottled beer to even arrive to the table. absolutely a major waste of our time and money. should have just uber eated.

Food took way longer than expected, 30 minutes to say. Food was disappointing. Drinks were watered down. Our waiter wasn’t friendly, absolute zero customer satisfaction and customer service. Not a happy table of 7.

I'd give negative stars if I could bartender barely speaks English I orderd a 40$ steak that was tough over cooked and over seasoned . I've cooked a better steak black out drunk on a campfire save your money and go to McDonald's

Not bad as far as airport hotel bars go. Decent bourbon collection.

Built-in to Hilton, long hours and small space that needs updating but good food and decent staff. To go orders and dine in.

Dined in here to use to complementary meal from Lufthansa. There are diffefent menu for different airline complementary meals. The lady at the fron gave me an Air China menu but then when I asked the waitress, there's a different menu for Lufthansa passengers. The difference between the two menus is that there are fewer options for Air China. The servings are good but the freshness of the meat ingredient is not the best. Overall, this place is alright. There's not much options nearby.

The food in the hotel restaurant was good. The selection could definitely be larger as there is little choice between burgers and sandwiches. However, there are also vegetarian alternatives which are pretty good. The price is standard as you would expect for a hotel restaurant. The service was very good and courteous.

The food was okay nothing special. Atmosphere at the grill is dull. I ordered room service from here and asked about what sandwiches they had and she told me to read the menu and that she wasn’t going to sit here and tell me what they offered (I just asked about sandwiches, they offer 3). I’ve been here before and the service was better I don’t know why people here are rude
