My son loves this place. It always seems that the lower the amount of protein. Food trucks nowadays offer more.

The place is very dirty, and the managers just stand around talking. They should hire people who actually want to work. The service was good a few months ago—I don’t know what happened, but it went downhill and now it feels more like a recreation center than a restaurant.

not once has my order been made correctly. they either forget something or add something. i just need one member of the staff to perform quality control. i'm tired of reaching out to pepper

The food made my wife nauseous and my son threw up a tomato. I think it was bad batch. It’s been good in the past

If ordering food near closing time, risk of exposure to food born illness via cross contamination.
Improper cleaning of dirty surfaces upon which food is prepared.
Continued use of dirty gloves to refill lettuce and cheese containers after using gloves to wipe surface with paper towels and not a sterile cloth, further smearing the mess onto the surface.
Sliding food containers across surface soiled with sour cream, salsa, cheese, and other debris.
Would advise leadership to reiterate food safety training.

I started going here to get lunch for my son who has a summer job nearby. There is 1 woman who portions out considerably less food I have noticed. Service at this location is horrible and the workers seem angry and annoyed. The very last time ordered a burrito bowl for my son - rice, honey chicken and fajita veg and brought to his job. He later told me it looked like it was half eaten by someone when he opened the container. He threw it away and went on with his 12 hour day with nothing to eat. This was an online order so I brought it to him without opening the bag. Needless to say that was my very last time to Franklin Farm Chipotle. Need to weigh the protein before serving and charging $11 for a bowl of 70% rice.

This review probably applies to many Chipotle locations, not just this one, but I recommend everyone keep a mini food scale if they want to go to Chipotle. They underserve the portion of the protein by almost 50%. It's ridiculous! I really like Chipotle because you can build a healthy meal, but as someone who tracks their macros, this really upsets me. I weigh my food constantly and when we were being served I knew they were ripping us off. However, I didn't have a scale to prove this so I let it be. As soon as I got home I pulled out my food scale and weighed our portions. Mind you, a regular protein portion per Chipotle's website is 4oz and a double 8oz (you pay extra for this too). Please see pictures of our regular order coming in at a measly 2.6 oz and our double portion that should have been 8 oz weighing in 5.2oz. Meaning they consistently underserve!!! Ripoff! If you are someone who tracks their macros or are tracking your protein intake know Chipotle is happy to over charge you and underserve you.

Some of the staff was nasty. I notice you treat some ethnic groups differently. This is the second chipotle in the area that discriminated. I will start to video my experiences with this chain and post them.

This place is a diaster. If you get carryout then you don't see what is going on inside. Communication issue with employees, cashier doesn't know how to operate the machine and dirty everywhere.
