Chipotle Mexican Grill

I have been using this chipotle for a while. It’s always chipotle quality, but there is always something off with either the service or the preparation. This time my burrito looked like it was wrapped by a 5yr old.

Not all Chipotles are the same. I bypass the locations in Reston and trek an extra few miles to this particular location because the staff is great and the portions are more generous.

I was promised a $6 bowl for Halloween and was charged $13.55.

A full THREE DOLLARS MORE just because I want it delivered? Why? What extra did you have to do? Nothing! No one else does that!
And on top of that, a delivery charge is tacked on anyway!
Shove it, Chipotle! Someone will come show up soon as an alternative, you just wait!

I'm a Chipotle fan and I've been to over 100 different locations, but this one is a disaster. The portions of protein here are laughably small, more like a kid's meal! When I mentioned this to the employee, they rudely argued that "this is what it is." I visited around 2:10-2:15 pm, just after peak hours, but every table was filthy, the bathrooms were disgusting, and many food containers were empty, making it impossible to get what I wanted. This place seriously lacks competent management. Avoid this location at all costs!

Spacious dining area, exceptionally delicious food, and lovely team members. The steak was cooked perfectly - not overdone like other locations, and the team members were just very pleasant. It's worth the extra drive to come to this Chipotle. I highly recommend it.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs. Very accessible.

This is the only Chipotle that I went to that gives good portions. They usually give one full scoop plus a little more protein, and almost two full scoops if you ask for half and half (without charging for double). It does depend on who is giving your food, but out of ~6 times I came here, I have gotten great portions every time. I highly recommend this Chipotle place.

Food is consistent in taste, but freshness varies (don't like brown Guac and cold dry meat). People who work there tries their best to rush through the ordering process, regardless of how busy the place is. Portion size also inconsistent

Honestly, I was really surprised. I walked into Chipotle and nicely asked for a burrito with a double tortilla wrap, but I got ignored at first. Anyway, the first lady was very nice. She put rice and chicken on my burrito and then passed it to the next lady. I continued giving my order to her, but she barely put anything on my burrito. I kept saying please and thank you, but she said something in Spanish (something like, "Damn, how much more?") and then asked, "What else?" I was shocked she said that right in front of me and wouldn't give me a decent amount of food. Seriously, she was so stingy. If you're reading this, Abuela, you need to be more careful with your words. Don't bother going to this location. Instead, drive 15-20 minutes to Ashburn for better portions and nicer people (no disrespect to Fairfax).
