The guy in front of me asked for regular chicken bowl. The worker loaded it up from the beginning with tons of rice and beans and meat and all the cold sides. Way more than regular. I was super happy for him. It is my turn, and im getting a veggie bowl. I asked for extra rice, fajitas, beans, salsa, guac, cheese, lettuce. Everything she portioned for me was so small, not even regular until i asked for more. She kept giving me judgy looks and glares when i asked for extra. For the guac, she said she has to charge extra. I explained that im not getting any protein and i would have gotten more guac in a side cup than i did on my bowl. She refused and proceeded to turn to the cashier and spoke in spanish while making pointed looks at me. Then they both laughed and she barely put the lid on properly and my bowl leaked everywhere in the bag. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt especially the service industry cause i get it. It is hard and exhausting. I worked at a chipotle for five years so i understand what the work environment is like and also know that’s not the portion sizes and there was a huge difference in portion sizes between mine and the guy in front of me. I dont take racism lightly and dont go around accusing people, but this definitely felt like it. When it came my turn they were extremely rude and judgmental and unfriendly.

This location is very, very, (extremely) stingy on the protein unlike other competitors who are generous with the protein. Rather than getting the full spoon of protein, the staff are trained to give half the spoon of protein.

Elden street Chipotle in Herndon is the bomb! 💣 I’ve been to many many Chipotle’s over the years.. this location ranks among the best I’ve ever visited. They are friendly, welcoming and the ingredients taste fresher than at other locations. They are spotless. Very clean interior and exterior. Restrooms likewise are spotless

Portions 👎. The elderly lady took half a spoon and served half of it in the bowl. And it was Sofritas i ordered. Chipotle serving size is very small not just for protein, but for veggies too. Barely puts 2 onion pieces in bowl. Very bad experience.

The food is worse, I got diarrhea twice. The chicken tastes like rubber, the salad greens are dusty, and the guacamole is frozen.
This is the worst Chipotle food I’ve ever had twice by mistake.

Same as other similar recent reviews have echoed, might be the worst attitude from the male employee with earrings I’ve ever experienced, it’s as if my presence ordering food in the restaurant is a bother. This is 3rd or 4th time, it’s literally every time I’ve been there. Go to a different Chipolte.
I usually give the food industry some leverage and try not to complain, but every time I come to this location, they always are disrespectful and have the worst attitude. My order is always wrong, when I asked for what I was missing they were rude. They charged me for a guacamole for almost $3 and I never received it. I am definitely never going back.

It is the worst chipotle I have ever visited. Guy at the billing was showing incredibly poor attitude. Quantity was less. I would recommend to buy chipotle from some other nearby location. This was not the first time for me. Third time same poor experience with these guys here. DO NOT RECOMMEND HERE

The Sassy Sipper
I scheduled a group order for delivery 5 days ahead of time. I received a cancelation notice from the restaurant an hour before the expected delivery...no explanation. Thank goodness I was able to place an order with Chicken Rico to save my group lunch meeting without any delays.

I eat Chipotle regularly and I love it, but the people at this Elden Street Chiptole put so little into the bowl.
The quantity isn't even half what other Chipotle locations give you. I was still hungry after I finished what they gave. This is after I asked for extra of everything I could without incurring extra cost.
I would recommend you take the time and drive to the Franklin Farm Chipotle, which is a 12 minute drive away, but they give LOTS more than this one. There you can actually get your money's worth.
Would NOT recommend this location - definitely take the time to drive to the Franklin Farms location. It was a waste of $12 to get such little food.
