My experience at the Elden Street Chipotle on a Friday at 10:15 PM was incredibly frustrating. I waited 30 minutes for just two orders. Despite there being no one in line for at least 30 minutes, the two employees working were extremely slow and confused while trying to fulfill just five online orders, including my two. The process was painfully inefficient. One male employee, in particular, was unhelpful and had a very poor attitude when I tried to ask about my order. Chipotle is known for its quick service, especially for online pickups, but this was the complete opposite. The lack of care and professionalism from the staff was very disappointing and made for an irritating experience. The employees seemed to have no idea how to manage the workload, which is unacceptable given the lack of other customers. The service was terrible, and it made the entire pickup process a very bad experience.

Running out of dressing and guac mid day is ridiculous! Then the staff have bad attitudes. Everyone needs additional training unfortunately. I'll never go to this location again.

Why has management implemented thr servers to count out loud the number of rice scoops? And why when I ask for a side of queso theres a half inch of gap between the queso and lid?
I asked for more queso and they said this was the serving size.
If the serving container isn't full then its not a full serving.
Chipotle and its management is cutting corners and imposing these dumb rules onto its staff.
Stop it. Stop being cheap. Stop cutting corners for minimal profit.

We ordered over a dozen different burritos and bowls for pickup, and every single order was perfect down to the letter! The bowls and burritos were the biggest we've ever gotten from a Chipotle, and they went ahead and put everything in a catering box for easy transport. And they didn't forget napkins and cutlery. Greatly appreciated everything!
I’ve gone here my whole life and every time I come, they’re always out of something. It’s 8:44pm & they have no gauc? I literally get no meat so I’m hoping on my gauc, it’s too early to b closing down for things.

OMG! What happened to this location??? I’m not sure if it’s bc I went in around 2 (a late lunch but still lunchtime) There was no white rice (idcsm) and the sofrito was dry so and when I asked him to stir it up, he plopped it on my bowl so fast that I didn’t get the words out, no thank you, that’s ok (yuck) the food has my stomach so upset and it’s three hours later! Where is the manager to enforce cleaning and sell food that’s not cross contaminated. What a shame!! And I understand they pay well, so why don’t they have workers who take pride in their work/job/livelyhood/money
