We ordered over a dozen different burritos and bowls for pickup, and every single order was perfect down to the letter! The bowls and burritos were the biggest we've ever gotten from a Chipotle, and they went ahead and put everything in a catering box for easy transport. And they didn't forget napkins and cutlery. Greatly appreciated everything!

While I understand that sometimes there is a need to rush, it’s important that the quality of the service is not compromised. I noticed that the ingredients were used sparingly, which impacted the overall experience. I would appreciate it if more attention could be given to maintaining the expected standards in the future.

I like the food but something always seems to go wrong with the kids meal and don't realize it until we've taken the food home. For instance we got a completely moldy orange last time and today we were given a quesadilla with no cheese. How could you give a kid a quesadilla with no filling not even cheese? Also they forgot the kids milk.
