We like mutton juicy mandi here but I feel in recent times they decreased the quantity of pieces. Yesterday we literally just got 2 or 3 small pieces in full mandi after 45 minutes waiting.

I visited today with my daughter and was disappointed by the lack of sanitation. Not only was the bathroom out of soap, but we witnessed an employee exit the bathroom and return to the dosa station without being able to wash their hands with soap. This raises serious questions about the rest

We ordered puri cholle and aloo bhujia. The food was warm and fresh but the bhujia was bland and watery. Cholle were good though. When our order was announced to be ready and we went to collect it, the food wasn't ready and took another 10 mins of wait time. Chai was served with too much sugar added so make sure if you can't have sugar like me, inform at the time of order though I am not sure if they can serve without sugar. They didnt ask if I wanted sugar or not when I was placing the order and I didn't know either as it was my first time there.

Food item names on the Menu, don’t match the dishes being served. Egg Frankie was just plain scrambled eggs with salt & pepper, and some capsicum and onions, this was more like scrambled eggs wrapped in a roti! Vijaywada paneer kaju pulao was just paneer with some kaju pieces curry topped with white rice! No Frankie or Pulao look like these. Only saving grace is atleast the food was hot & fresh.

Ordered the mutton mandi for $32 and was really disappointed. The quantity of meat was extremely small — not even comparable to a $15 biryani elsewhere. For the price, I expected a much more generous portion. The taste was okay, but the value for money just isn’t there. Wouldn’t order this again.

Recently tried with this restaurant breakfast session. They had multiple options for vegetarians . Mysore bonda was too good not much oily tried Vada , poori masala and dosa , neatly maintained chutneys and sambar . With pleasant devotional music ❤️ best pat is their irani chai . 💯 good . Definitely recommend.

Drove an hour here because we were craving Pooris and this was the only place open early. Got here 8:50 (opens at 8) and they said they have no food because its too early… whats the point of opening early if you have no food to serve even an hour after opening…

Often go there for there famous Irani tea (5*), but tried some other items as follows and was disappointed

Samosa chat = 1 star
Raw bitter onions in it made it worse. Soggy mushed look, mixed wit lot of unneeded ingredients made it really bad in taste.

Masala tea = 1 star, pretty bad taste

Irani tea = 5 stars

Pastry & cakes = 3.5 stars

Overall ok experience, need to improve taste

I visited this place on a weekday and it appears it was definitely a mistake. This place is a self serve. There was only one person handling the customers which I understand it was due to a weekday but it felt the person was unable to manage the load.

Food: The food tastes good except when you have indo Chinese food items on the menu, it needs to come with soy sauce, hot sauce or something which goes with it which was not available and I was handed a peanut chutney in its place. The idli sambar tasted ok but idli was quite salty which made it difficult for us to even finish 3 idlis

Ambience: The place plays loud music which made it difficult to have normal conversation. I wish they will tone it down a little. After requesting they did reduce it which I very much appreciate.

The lighting is good but seating area is quite congested. People walking around will bump into your chairs.

Overall: The overall experience was quite disappointing, the ordering itself felt unorganized and chaotic. A order device which vibrates when order is ready or a screen which displays if order is ready would be much better in place of shouting the person’s name in an already loud environment.

I feel the place has potential and can be improved substantially especially with the location and overall restaurant size
