I have been to this location for Birthday parties many times with my son and he always enjoyed playing the games over there. The service is okay. They should add some new stuff to grab more attention from the kids.

I spent over $40 for food the pizza was burnt and the cookie was raw. As far as service they did try to fix it but each time never the same great yummy pizza and cookie that I was used to food sucks now Don't recommend it at all. Eat at McDonald's before you come and just get a play card.

The reason to go to Chuck E. Cheese is clearly for kid’s fun, not for food or table service. The food is WAY, WAY overpriced, and portions are tiny and sad. We spent about $40 for a VERY small pizza, a small order of pathetic chicken nuggets, and two waters. Nevertheless, our grandson had a great time meeting Chuck E. Cheese himself, and riding the rides and playing games. We’ll go back, but only after eating a meal at home first.

Chuck really needs to up its food game. Pizza and Salad quality just aren't cutting it for the Adults; who keep in mind are the ones with the money you need to draw in for the business.

You can still be a business for the kids without completely ignoring the food needs of the adults. Please improve the pizza by making it fresh and add fresh toppings. The pizza tastes like frozen microwavable pizza. Considering adding other Italian favorites like pasta carbonara, chicken Parm, etc. Need to think more like a small Italian kitchen with games rather than an arcade with Pizza.

Also, no one checked our family photo when leaving so why do you make us take a picture when arriving? Don't pretend to care about our child's security and then not follow through.

Very different from the Chuck E. Cheese experience I grew up with! The venue was clean and well-lit with an open floor plan. The patina of grease and grime from my childhood was nowhere to be found. The staff were attentive and helpful. They worked hard to make sure everyone's birthday parties went smoothly. They did a good job of channeling the chaotic energy of the 40-50 sugar-rushed children in positive directions and averting a full-on "Lord of the Flies" situation. The "all you can play" cards prevented feels-bad moments for the kids, but I don't know how much the parents hosting the party had to pay for them.Overall, my 5-year-old daughter had a great time. I think she probably would have marginally preferred attending a birthday party at SkyZone because she prefers climbing / physical activities over video/carnival games, but that's really more a matter of personal preference.

Kid-friendliness: A good birthday party venue for kids up to about 8.

I cannot express how impressed I am with this location. The staff were so accommodating with the additional kids that came to the party that did not rsvp. They were very fast with providing us with the supplies we needed to accommodate them and they did it with a very positive and kind attitude. One of the ladies there I think she was the manager, saw me getting a little frazzled and with a calm, soft voice in the middle of chaos said to me: “don’t worry, mama. We got it.” The anxiety quickly left me and I was able to enjoy my son, family and friends. Furthermore, there was a medical incident and the staff came to help aid the person with a sense of urgency and support. I am so glad that I chose this location and receive the wonderful service this amazing staff provided to me and my family. To the staff I want to say, “Thank you! You all really killed it that day!”

We recently had a great experience here for my niece’s fourth birthday party. The workers did their best to provide an enjoyable environment and all games were up to date! She had a blast!
