UPDATE: We were able to get in contact with someone at the store who offered us a replacement and a refund. I definitely appreciate the business being so proactive with their response and rectifying the situation.
We always come here to get the cinnamon rolls. Unfortunately today we went and grabbed some and once we got home we realized it was the wrong cinnamon roll. By the time we could go back they were already closed. Hoping to speak to someone so it can get fixed.

I always walk by this place because it's closed after 10:00 p.m. but this time on a Sunday evening I was able to enjoy as cinnamon bun with a banana bread square in an old school Coca-Cola bottle. The manager was excellent in describing his product the service was great.

I ordered a cinnacake 4 days ago for my significant others birthday. When I arrived to pick it up, they told me they didn’t bother to make the cake due to “staffing issues”. Keep in mind that I ordered this cake 4 DAYS AGO and no one bothered to call or email despite me having to put that contact information to buy the cake in the first place. The worst part was the manager wasn’t even onsite to explain the error and forced a staffer to do it. Completely incompetent management; birthday ruined; thanks cinnaholic.
I got two interesting flavors and one plain. Couldn't tell they were vegan, they were so light and airy. Four of us shared the three but I could see myself easily eating a whole one by herself. I'm already trying to think of when I could go back.

As a long time vegan, I am always searching for vegan food, especially bakeries since those are rare. Had my first Cinnaholic cinnamon roll in CA. Bought dozens for a family reunion & everyone loved them. No one knew they were vegan. Heck, Cinnaholic doesn't really advertise that they are 100% Plant-Based, yet one bite & you'll fall in love. This one is just as good. If u haven't tried Cinnaholic, u are missing out!
