Love this Cold Stone Location. The bathroom is a little scary and defiently needs renovation, but the staff is quick and friendly. Had a really good interaction with a cashier a couple of weeks ago. Atmosphere here is one of the best of any of the other cold stones in NOVA, plus, their rewards program software actually works, which I cannot say about some of the other locations.

The wait is ALWAYS long. They rarely have enough employees to run the place.
A lot of times the employees have bad attitudes. Just and over all terrible experience
And in the summer time the product is melted like as you’re being given the ice cream.
I’m just tired of it. This will be my last time ever going back to this location.

My complaint is that the staff are not wearing hairnets. Found multiple hairs in my partners ice cream and mine. They also need to have cones made. Have gone twice and and no cones available. Ridiculous.

Is there a Manager at this location who can ensure employees know what to do when the term “gluten free” is mentioned, along with ensuring the prep surface is actually cold, as the store name implies?
A cup should not have to be placed into a larger cup to contain the drips before the order is even paid for.

Went to this Cold Stone Creamy for the first time since I relocated to Va and what a huge disappointment for a small cup of pricey sweet cream ice cream. And what found as I was eating my ice cream where many chunks of solid ice cream. This was also in my husband’s cup of ice cream Also originally requested a hot fudge sundae but was told the management doesn’t allow that . Been to many Cold Stone ice cream creamery’s though out the county and this is tge absolute worse .

I had a question about some choices and I asked if their was a menu to read the topping list and the young girl gave me a look and attitude as if I was asking too much. Didn't appreciate it. The space was OK, but there wasn't many spaces to sit. Was clean and the ice cream was good.

I wanted to picked it up quickly so I ordered online - BUT waited 30 mins just for them to tell me what I ordered was not available and they couldn’t refund the money. This is 3rd or 4th time of horrible service, please pay attention to the quality of the brand you are representing.

We went to Coldstone and got 3 kids size ice cream and both of the ice creams that I ordered were perfect amount. But the 3rd that I ordered was a size of a table spoon. And I understand that kids size is supposed to be a pretty small amount but he gave me barely a spoonful and when we were Asking him to add a little more he said it would cost more.

I had to wait for an extremely long time because the workers were doing random things in the back of the store and they repeatedly told me that we will be there in 2 minutes but took 15 minutes. I couldn’t even get ice cream because they took so long.
