I had a question about some choices and I asked if their was a menu to read the topping list and the young girl gave me a look and attitude as if I was asking too much. Didn't appreciate it. The space was OK, but there wasn't many spaces to sit. Was clean and the ice cream was good.
I wanted to picked it up quickly so I ordered online - BUT waited 30 mins just for them to tell me what I ordered was not available and they couldn’t refund the money. This is 3rd or 4th time of horrible service, please pay attention to the quality of the brand you are representing.
We went to Coldstone and got 3 kids size ice cream and both of the ice creams that I ordered were perfect amount. But the 3rd that I ordered was a size of a table spoon. And I understand that kids size is supposed to be a pretty small amount but he gave me barely a spoonful and when we were
Asking him to add a little more he said it would cost more.
I had to wait for an extremely long time because the workers were doing random things in the back of the store and they repeatedly told me that we will be there in 2 minutes but took 15 minutes. I couldn’t even get ice cream because they took so long.
Awkward waiting space withing wait. Shortage of tables and chairs.
Staff were rude and said the particular flavour we needed was not available and then the other staff said it was available, we ended up being charged 2$ extra fr no reason.
Left my phone unlocked at the cold stone and my dad called me and they picked up so then my dad called my sister who was in the car and told us we left my phone there and they were honest.

Ordered a strawberry shake and for what this place claims to be and prices charged, it left much to be desired. If I were local this would not be one of my go to places for ice cream.

The staff often seem to have difficulty understanding the orders properly and unfortunately on my last visit they forgot the caramel, which was an important ingredient for me.
In addition, the store could be much tidier; it seems chaotic at times, which detracts from the overall experience.

I mean, I love ice cream, and this place was efficient.
Ordered a cremation online, was at first told i already picked up my order… which was weird since I was standing right there, then out of no where my bag was found only for me to get home & only have plain ice cream… this place is too expensive to be doing lazy stuff like that. Dont order online, clearly, they don’t care for it.

Always a fan of coldstone and prefer this location to a couple others around this area. The staff are nice and friendly and always love their portion sizes for the medium and large. Flavors are true to taste and love the mixing options they have!

ColdStone management I hope you are reading these reviews.1. Your store is filthy; debris and melted ice cream is scattered in various parts of the floor. The glass pane that displays the ice cream needs a cleaning or wipe down.2. The mix-ins were the skimpeist Ive had in over 20 years of being a customer at other stores. If you are trying to maintain a profit, raise the price instead of being stingy with the mix-ins.3. I ordered a large ice cream and it was half melted. I asked the server about it and she said "it's melted because it's cold". I've never known ice cream to met because it's cold. No "sorry" or "we'll get you another one".4. I asked another employee why the ice cream is half melted. He said "it's because the machine is broken". No "sorry" or "we'll get you another one".5. While I understand it is difficult to hire & retain workers, if your machine is broken and the ice cream is melting you should shut down until fixed - or at the very least warn the customers - or offer a refund if they complain.I suspect this is a chronic problem in your store and you've already lost many customers. This was on a busy Friday night and the shopping plaza was packed - yet your store had only two other customers the entire time I was there.
