I love this place, the ice cream and food is always good, however, the workers are usually never friendly and always look over worked and tired. I’m not sure if it’s a hiring, scheduling or employee issue, but I’ll continue to go here since it’s the most convenient location.

6/26/2025, 5:30 pm. I walked in and stood waiting for five minutes before a young lady with long brown hair stood up from the side of the counter. She was sitting on the floor and was so immersed in her phone that she didn't hear or see me come in. No one else was behind the counter. I was beginning to wonder if anyone was working there! I asked for a large vanilla, chocolate dip topped cone. I asked her if it was a large and she said it was (I knew it wasn't a large). I ordered another large vanilla chocolate dip topped cone to go from another employee with glasses and it was much larger. When I mentioned the size comparison to both employees, the first employee who served me only offered an apology but no refund. The second employee didn't say anything to remedy the situation. I guess it's acceptable to them that I paid $1 extra for a medium sized cone, but more importantly is that the first employee who served me has a poor work ethic and no customer service skills. Prior to today, I had not been in a DQ for years. I am fairly certain Warren Buffet would object to the way his business is operated.

The worst Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Blizzards are never mixed well, and even though they close at 10:00 the doors are always locked before they are closed. I can't wait for Iceberg to get here

I asked for a custom cake (pumpkin pie Blizzard) and they went above and beyond delivering a BEAUTIFUL cake!! I’ve purchased several ice cream cakes now and been impressed with the quality and flavor! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! PS: Blizzards and customer service are excellent too!!

I have been to several DQs in the DMV. This one is hands down the best. The customer service is great. The staff actually talk to you and are excited to see is when we come in.
Free ice cream cone day was a delight! My wife and I were only charged a smile! We will be back!

Use to be a great place to go to. Ordered a chocolate dip cone and received a vanilla dipped cone. The man was very rude. Never said hi or thank you. When i asked him a question he just looked and me and gave me a thumbs up. Was wearing sunglasses and seemed to not be interested.

Customer service of the personal is poor. Specially the latina with red glasses. She doesn’t even say hi when the customer goes inside. And she get mad if you asks for a product
