The best Dominos location I’ve had. Sometimes they’re a bit delayed or forgetting a sauce, but I’ve never had any issues getting things like that resolved and I will drive to carry out from here despite another Dominos opening closer (and becoming the default delivery location on the app unfortunately)

I placed an order around 8:30pm with the expected delivery time of 30-35 minutes. After about an hour and while i was tracking the order online wondering why the order’s not delivered yet, the tracking feature of the website marked as delivered. Called the store and they stated the order was mixed up with another order and promised me that my order is going out the door right now and will be delivered within next 5-10 minutes as my house is literally 5 minutes away from this store. Waited another half an hour and no pizza. Called them again and again and same promises. Eventually the pizza man showed up around 10:35pm (after 2 hours from the time i placed the order). The pizza box with pizza in it was smashed and pizza was cold cold like its been sitting outside for an hour. Called them again and requested a refund. The kid on the phone brought up an excuse that manager is not available and someone will reach out in the morning. Never heard back from them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, pretty much the worst

I ordered the two medium pizzas special for 17.99 and a Diet Coke they only gave me one pizza and refused to give me the other one. I got scammed by freaking Dominos. I ended up spending over $30 for this tiny pizza

All was great except undercooked Parmesan twists but I also was in there right before closing so I get it.
I never experienced so unprofessional store manager or agent. They made me wait 15 minutes after their app showed order was ready please come in. When they hand me the pizza I saw manager was asking to put some jalapeños on my ready pizza and when they handed to me it wasn’t looking good whole bunch of unbaked jalapeños on there. I questioned the manager and he responded “this is life. What you want, refund”? I was shocked to hear such statement by Astro manager. They were wrong and they made me wait 30 minutes for one pizza but still not excepting their fault. I had no choice but wait and get a pizza from them since it was Father’s Day. This store should be shamed for treating the loyal customers like this. I would never go back to that location if Dominos doesn’t do anything probably I will put a STOP at Domino’s

The bathrooms are very dirty, the stuff members don’t clean the facilities. It’s just filthy and disgusting. No toilet papers or soap just pure dirtiness The worst dominos I’ve ever visited

Terrible service. The store is a family owned restaurant and they refuse hire workers outside the family so they are always understaffed. I also don’t EVER make the order when it’s called in they wait until the customer is in store before making it for some reason

I’ve ordered from Domino’s in Herndon (698 Elden Street) several times now, and I’ve always had a great experience! The staff is super friendly, and my food is consistently hot, fresh, and made exactly how I ordered it.
One of my favorites is the buffalo chicken pizza—it’s got just the right amount of spice and flavor. The garlic parmesan bites are another go-to; perfect for sharing (or not, no judgment). Delivery is usually quick, and I really appreciate being able to track my order in real time with the Domino’s app. Makes everything super convenient.
Also want to shout out the team for how efficient they are, especially during busy times. Even on a Friday night, I’ve never had to wait long, and they always get it right.
