Avoid this store because of fraud and awful customer service. I placed order through mobile using gift card. But the pizza quality was really bad so I asked the store staff to cancel my order and refund. He told me the order was canceled and the refund would go back to gift card automatically. However, it turns out the refund never went back to my gift card or account. They were telling the lies and stole my money! Avoid placing order at this store.

Consistently one hour late when you order. Their drivers don’t know how to use a map? I watch them drive in circles, take the long backroads, and frankly not leave their restaurant with deliveries until the last second. It’s ridiculous that this is a consistent practice I’ve seen. And their drivers are NOT friendly. After making you wait an hour. He’ll pull up and just hand you the food, no eye contact and he’s off. Youd think if he’s so careless, he could deliver more timely

Ordered on the app said 44 mins, then said my order was delivered after waiting 30 mins to see if it was a accident or mistake when I called the girl said it’ll be there in 7 mins. Waited 40 minutes more called again and just asked to cancel she seemed surprised I hadn’t received my order to her I was tired and wanted to sleep placed me on hold for 7 mins probably the worst dominoes always have issues with orders here

Charging for Parmesan packets is like McDonald’s charging for ketchup packets. I’ve never been to a dominos that charges for Parmesan packets & ¢10 really? Is giving them away when asked going to make a big dent to your bottom line? It’s a dumb money grab. I’ll be going to Pizza Hut down the street instead to get my pizzas & Parmesan packets(FOR FREE!)

Have been getting pizza from here for a long time and has been decent, I got pizza yesterday on 09/3/2025 from this location, I don’t know what changed but KEEP IT UP, it was the best pizza I’ve ever had from any dominos!!!! “I’m very disappointed with the level of service I received. The customer service was unhelpful and dismissive, and my concerns were not properly addressed. I hope this issue is taken seriously and improvements are made.”
The best Dominos location I’ve had. Sometimes they’re a bit delayed or forgetting a sauce, but I’ve never had any issues getting things like that resolved and I will drive to carry out from here despite another Dominos opening closer (and becoming the default delivery location on the app unfortunately)

I placed an order around 8:30pm with the expected delivery time of 30-35 minutes. After about an hour and while i was tracking the order online wondering why the order’s not delivered yet, the tracking feature of the website marked as delivered. Called the store and they stated the order was mixed up with another order and promised me that my order is going out the door right now and will be delivered within next 5-10 minutes as my house is literally 5 minutes away from this store. Waited another half an hour and no pizza. Called them again and again and same promises. Eventually the pizza man showed up around 10:35pm (after 2 hours from the time i placed the order). The pizza box with pizza in it was smashed and pizza was cold cold like its been sitting outside for an hour. Called them again and requested a refund. The kid on the phone brought up an excuse that manager is not available and someone will reach out in the morning. Never heard back from them. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, pretty much the worst
