The bathrooms are very dirty, the stuff members don’t clean the facilities. It’s just filthy and disgusting. No toilet papers or soap just pure dirtiness The worst dominos I’ve ever visited

Terrible service. The store is a family owned restaurant and they refuse hire workers outside the family so they are always understaffed. I also don’t EVER make the order when it’s called in they wait until the customer is in store before making it for some reason

I’ve ordered from Domino’s in Herndon (698 Elden Street) several times now, and I’ve always had a great experience! The staff is super friendly, and my food is consistently hot, fresh, and made exactly how I ordered it.
One of my favorites is the buffalo chicken pizza—it’s got just the right amount of spice and flavor. The garlic parmesan bites are another go-to; perfect for sharing (or not, no judgment). Delivery is usually quick, and I really appreciate being able to track my order in real time with the Domino’s app. Makes everything super convenient.
Also want to shout out the team for how efficient they are, especially during busy times. Even on a Friday night, I’ve never had to wait long, and they always get it right.
If you’re looking for a reliable pizza spot in Herndon, this Domino’s location definitely delivers—literally and figuratively.

The service was horrible and they charged us 147 for 4 pizzas and they were overall very difficult to work with. We wasted 2 1/2 hours trying to order. On top of that, the worker spoke very poor English and communication was difficult.

If there is Minos stars I would have put it The customer service is really bad. The manager when a customer has an issue she doesn’t resolve it. She gives the phone to a regular crew worker instead of her in charge resolved the problem and they take a delivery fee so much. Plus that manager or the one in charge her name is Waheda she said she’s in charge, but she gives the phone to a coworker to solve the issue and she’s being unprofessional on solving customer service issues. She has no customer service experience at all and they put her in charge which one she’s not qualified to be in charge I would not recommend this Domino’s to nobody until anybody that will keep posting things about this Domino’s until they get that issue resolved. Have a people there with no English, the manager or the one who’s in charge she doesn’t care she passes the phone to her coworker through solve the issues so that Domino’s is so messy. I have been in a lot of dominoes and I never been like this. This is my second time at this Domino’s and I’m experiencing really really bad customer service

WORST DOMINOS EVER! Took over two hours to get my pizza and no compensation.
That was the most expensive medium cheese pizza and bread twist I’ve ever had. Now had the food been absolutely amazing then it would be well worth paying $30 the bread twist has a strange almost chemical taste. The app said they couldn’t deliver to me, so I called and they had to transfer me to someone who speaks English. An how, The pizza was bland nothing to write home about. The big thing is, I was in a hotel and they delivered it to a small table inside the lobby without letting me know and not telling front desk. So I just figured I would go down and wait for the driver because it was getting late. And I happened upon a table with a small box and a rectangle box. I opened it and it was what I ordered. So I immediately checked my phone for a missed call or text, and has not missed neither. So normally I have a decent experience either dominoes and it has been a few years since I ordered. Now I know why’s.

The dominos on Elden street is the best 1 in town. Do not go to the other dominos in the food lion shopping center. Their delivery is the absolute worst. This 1 on the other hand is great!
