Take your business elsewhere. Absolutely the worst customer experience I have ever recieved from a Dominos location. I came to pickup my order and two employees completely disregarded me trying to get my order which was already paid for. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Tried to order and has a stupid rule with any order over 25 dollars not accepting cards. Tried to pay by card and keep getting error so states to call and always engaged. When you add a 5 dollar deliver charge to a 23 dollar pizza, you are discriminating against customers.

I ordered the pizza at 2:15. The driver left the store with it at around 2:40. It is an 8-10 minute drive to my apartment, but the pizza literally just arrived at 3:40. It should not take an hour to deliver the pizza. The pizzas arrived soaking wet from being in the delivery bag for so long. The tracker said it would be delivered within 27-37 minutes from the time of order. Completely unacceptable. Also, I called the store to ask where the pizza was and why it was taking so long and after being on hold for 5 minutes they answered the phone and immediately hung up on me.

I ordered online for pick up and went to the store the store agent told me that the order will be ready in 5 minutes, I can seat in my car they might bring it to my my car I waited for 15mins nobody showed up and I headed inside again, they were we don’t have any order under your name, unprofessional and rude employees

We ordered a bunch of pizzas for a party and the order was correctly made, the food tasted good and the service was nice. The pickup experience was also very nice - we were in and out within two minutes.
Very expensive. Will not go back to order. I paid $30 for large pizza.

This place is an absolute nightmare. I placed an order, but it never showed up despite being marked as delivered by Alex, who apparently doesn't know the meaning of his job. Avoid this disaster of a store like the plague. Total waste of time and money.

***WARNING*** Beware of this location! The staff can be pretty rude sometimes and will refuse to pick up the phone 1 - 1hr1/2 before closing. It's very rare that you'll have a fresh pizza delivered since I've had my pizza arrive dry multiple times including last night. I'm not sure if their just understaffed but even the staff that they do have seem to not even wanna be there and it shows in their quality. After having my pizza arrive 40 minutes after it was done last night and it arriving almost cold and extremely dry, I'm finally putting the nail in the coffin with this place. I've been burned too many times with this location and I will not be ordering from this place again.

Don't order from this location.I recently ordered almost $40 of food from this location, and the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong unit in our development. When I called to ask where my order was, the manager, Jake, claimed that it had been delivered and that he had a photo to prove it.I tried to explain to Jake that there are multiple buildings in this development, and its clear that the driver misdelivered the order.Nonetheless, I've complained to Dominos corporate, who said that the franchisee would reach out to me to correct the issue. They haven't. So, at this point, I'm filing negative reviews and issuing a chargeback.Do not order from this location! You may or may not get your food! If there is a problem, you will be treated very rudely!ORDER PAPA JOHN'S INSTEAD!

Beware!!! I ordered food to be delivered to my family and I at a hotel. The driver Thomas left and was supposedly eleven minutes away. GPS tracking was not available for this delivery which was odd in itself. Every time the driver was within a minute of delivery time, the order was pushed back exactly seven minutes. This went on for a little under a hour before I get a call. The driver called once, and hung up. No message or anything. I call the restaurant and was told that the driver came to my room and called, but no one was available. The front desk and cameras confirmed this was a lie. The driver was made to come deliver my food. Refused to talk to me. When I said thank you for deliveringmy food, he just turned his back and left. Terrible service from the driver. On the positive side, the food was good, and the person who answered the phone when I called was kind, understanding and tried to help.
