I usually enjoy Domino’s, but this location was a big disappointment. The customer service was extremely rude — the staff acted like they couldn’t be bothered to help and were short with me when I asked about my order. To make things worse, the pizza came out undercooked and soggy in the middle, like it hadn’t spent enough time in the oven. When I mentioned it, they didn’t offer to fix it or apologize. Definitely not the kind of service or quality I expect from Domino’s. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

I ordered three items from Domino’s — wings, a half cheese/half pepperoni pizza, and stuffed cheesy bread. I placed my order about an hour and a half before closing and picked it up around midnight on Saturday.
When I arrived, I greeted the employee at the counter, but instead of a friendly response, he seemed annoyed, stayed on his phone, and simply said “carryout, right?” He was the only person working. When I thanked him after receiving my food, he didn’t respond at all.
When I got home and opened my order, the pizza was made incorrectly (it was about 3/4 pepperoni instead of half-and-half), and the stuffed cheesy bread barely had any cheese. Overall, both the service and the food quality were disappointing.
I understand it was late, but professionalism and quality should be consistent regardless of the time. This experience left me very dissatisfied with this location.

I ordered pizza. The tracker showed 33 minutes. It was never delivered. I called the store, and was told it would be at my home in 10 minutes after a 50 minute wait. I signed up for GPS tracking. The driver never left the store. I drove to Domino's and the staff were standing around. I go in to ask for a refund. They tell me we have your pizza here. The driver, Hosea brought it back. I said, LIES.....YOU NEVER CAME TO MY HOME. Run that refund back. I will be calling corporate. Then Onslaught tells me they cannot provide the Domino's guarantee for a future order. Onslaught also said he would not credit our account with one pizza, even though we ordered two. The customer service was deplorable.
This is my go to spot. Best deals through the app. The store is always clean and the staff are kind. Kitchen is open and everything looks nice and clean.

This is one of the best operated pizza franchises I've experienced. We order there 2-3 times/month, the pizza is always fresh & hot. Service is great. I always order take out as I live close by and typically see one of the manager's (Hoang), who's always very courteous and friendly.

Ordered delivery to a hotel less than 2 miles away on a weekday evening. Took an hour and a half to get the food delivered. The delivery time was so long that the food was no longer warm when it arrived. Chicken dish was overcooked, partially burned and dry.

Placed order at 7:10pm finally arrives at 9:40. Pizza is cold and sticking to the pizza box. Absolutely disgusting. This store needs to be shut down. When I called and asked where pizza is I just get told we don’t have enough drivers!
