Don't order from this location.I recently ordered almost $40 of food from this location, and the delivery driver delivered it to the wrong unit in our development. When I called to ask where my order was, the manager, Jake, claimed that it had been delivered and that he had a photo to prove it.I tried to explain to Jake that there are multiple buildings in this development, and its clear that the driver misdelivered the order.Nonetheless, I've complained to Dominos corporate, who said that the franchisee would reach out to me to correct the issue. They haven't. So, at this point, I'm filing negative reviews and issuing a chargeback.Do not order from this location! You may or may not get your food! If there is a problem, you will be treated very rudely!ORDER PAPA JOHN'S INSTEAD!

Beware!!! I ordered food to be delivered to my family and I at a hotel. The driver Thomas left and was supposedly eleven minutes away. GPS tracking was not available for this delivery which was odd in itself. Every time the driver was within a minute of delivery time, the order was pushed back exactly seven minutes. This went on for a little under a hour before I get a call. The driver called once, and hung up. No message or anything. I call the restaurant and was told that the driver came to my room and called, but no one was available. The front desk and cameras confirmed this was a lie. The driver was made to come deliver my food. Refused to talk to me. When I said thank you for deliveringmy food, he just turned his back and left. Terrible service from the driver. On the positive side, the food was good, and the person who answered the phone when I called was kind, understanding and tried to help.

I made a mistake and selected a timed order and got there before they started making it. They moved me up in line and knocked out my order in minutes! I'm very grateful they were so efficient. Great deals in the National Coupons section of the app.

There is something wrong with management there. It’s not necessary to accept orders and have to refund customers for not being delivered multiple times daily. I hope it all gets figured

Do NOT order from this location.. I ordered online and selected cash before I remembered I spent my cash so I called the location to give them my credit card and the guy on the phone was a complete JERK!!!!! Instructing me to just give the driver cash... After I repeated I didn't have cash he gave me attitude and we pretty much went back and forth until I said I'm on my way to the location.. Once I arrived they all ran to the back and the person that came to the front informed me my pizza were out for delivery. I paid for my food and got home in time for my pizzas.Second situation I ordered extra cheese and when the pizzas arrived the cheese was so transparent you could see the pizza sauce.. I called and was once again greeted by the same jerk from the first call. I asked him to repeat my order incase there a discrepancy on my end and he repeated exactly what I ordered but there was no extra cheese he was so rude I hung up and had my husband call back.. Upon hearing the deep voice his whole demeanor changed and he offered a pizza credit!!! FYI an apology would've sufficed.. The fact that you are rude as hell is very unprofessional!!! I will drive 20 minutes to another location before ordering from here again!!!!I spend too much money to be treated this way!!! And the wings were trash!!!!

The driver came. He had no change. I paid him cash. He drove away to get change, and demanded to take the food with him. I think this is totally unacceptable. I spoke to Jake the manager about this he contradicted me and was very rude.

We ordered a large and a medium pizza at 10:52 pm, and when it arrived at 11:30 pm, the large pizza sauce was leaking from the box, damaging our carpet. And the medium one should be thin and crusty instead its saggy (undercooked).When we called the store immediately multiple times, no one answered. The next morning, when we contacted them multiple times, they rudely claimed that the dripping was intentional. After persistent complaints, they agreed to replace the medium pizza for free but refused to address the issue with the large one. To our surprise, they charged us $32.75 for the replacement order. When we confronted the store manager, he was extremely rude, denying the charge and shouting at us.
Don’t order delivery from here. I’m two minutes away and twice it’s taken over 45 min from when I got the “Drivers on the way” text
