The review speaks for Herndon location only as we had great experience with the franchise in the past. Their online ordering system is a complete mess. The store is disorganized and the staffs were not accommodating for errors they made in the first place. We will avoid this store in future.
Update: the store refused to refund for an order they never processed should speak for itself for the integrity of the owner. We will dispute with our credit card company instead of dealing with this nonsense.

This business is the worst, that's why it's empty all the time. The prices and products they offer are so ridiculous; it's ridiculously expensive. The customer pays more than they get. Terrible. I don't like to make promises, but I hope I never set foot in here. They steal your money in this business. I bought egg and cheese, and just the bread, artificial egg, and a piece of cheese cost $6.04. It's a rip-off...

We ordered a random dozen donuts for delivery and got the literal laziest presentation of donuts I’ve ever seen. I didn’t order a custom batch to make it easy for them to make donuts on a busy Saturday morning because the photos of the random dozen on the menu show normal Duck Donut outcomes with toppings and variety. This really stinks. So now, after paying $25 for these, I’m ordering Dunkin.
