Would be a 0 if possible. Read the reviews prior to trying this location and shouldn’t have given them the benefit of the doubt. I understand for hot lattes, you can’t swap the milks to a certain extent - but for iced??? Never heard of that.

When you doordash from this location, they will infrequently replace your extra large coffee with a large cup. I always order an extra large, they will just slap the extra large sticker on a medium or large cup instead and then hand that to the doordash driver.

The staff was extremely defensive when they took my order incorrectly. They refused to refund me and blamed me, the paying customer. I was polite, and they were very rude and put words in my mouth. It felt like I was being ganged up on. I was ready to tip after I ordered. I’m glad I did not because when I told them it was wrong the entire staff changed their attitudes. They were very nasty, aggressive, and defensive. There was no accountability. The female staff was very nasty.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was very polite and mindful when ordering. I knew exactly what I wanted and that that's what I ordered. They charge me incorrectly and then they refundEd me incorrectly. The customer service was very rude. Both the worker and manager were very rude and they would not accept that they made a mistake. The customer is always right, but not at this location. They kept telling me that I was wrong and telling me what I said, but I knew exactly what I ordered because I wanted it for a while. The staff took no accountability and despite me very being very nice they were very rude to me. Another customer offered to remedy the situation by adding to his order what they refused to give me and they told the other customer “no. She doesn’t need anything” and this customer offered to help the situation many times and they kept speaking for me and denying him to buy more food, which is not smart because it would help the business and the situation. If I was a white lady I doubt they would talk to me the way I did, and I was respectful during my entire ordering process.

I’ve ordered from this Dunkin 3 times now via Uber eats, and every time my order has been completely wrong. I called to let them know this, and they were very understanding over the phone and even offered to get me a new one if I come in, but I ordered delivery for a reason. It’s disappointing to pay delivery fees for food/drinks that I don’t want lol. Please read the order tickets :(

Honestly wouldn't order any donuts from this location. I dont know if these people are washing there hands or not. But seems like you cant use the restroom to wash your hands or use the restroom at this location. Lady says there is no restroom at the facility. Im sure thats a safety violation. Would recommend other location then this spot. Im a loyal coustomer. First time at this spot and my last. Need to get this place together.

Prior to ordering a doughnut….food eaten by hand….i was initially denied any access to a restroom to wash my hands prior to eating. After demanding to see the manager, I was informed it was her boss’s policy that customers are refused access. After challenging this (considering I just handled a gas pump fueling my vehicle prior to arriving) she finally allowed me to use the restroom for employees.

I will be following up with department of health on this later today. Also, if you have something to say as someone is walking away, have the intestinal fortitude to say it in the language that it can be understood by the other person.
