I go here a lot (closest anything with a drive thru) and the team there is usually really great. Food is occasionally crisp/a little burnt (particularly the ham and cheese croissant, which I've stopped ordering for that reason, but still the best Dunkin in the area!
Please give Joana a raise. I came in, busy moment and she was so pleasant and not once complained. She was all by her self during a busy time. Please either have another staff or pay her more than you are paying her.
Every time I have bought a coffee roll or apple fritter from this Dunkin it's always burnt and dry. I have never received service like this from any other Dunkin, so I know what the rolls and fritters are supposed to look and taste like. Otherwise their regular donuts are good.
