Placed order at 11:40 and didn’t get it til 12:15. Torta is super plain. No beans, no avocado and no jalapeño. Not worth $15. Taco Bamba has a better torta and cheaper. I’ve never felt this sad eating a torta, ever!

I think sometimes people expect American style service but that is not the case here. We have to be realistic about who is employed here and perhaps who owns it, so expect those standards. I agree we should be given a top notch service regardless of the fact, mainly, because we are in the USA but this establishment is not a 5 star restaurant, it has never published to be nor it is part of a multibillion chain of restaurants so expect an average customer service style. Now when it comes to food……. Yum! I have been coming to this restaurant for over 6 years and it has never disappointed me with their food. It has a huge variety and their food is authentic Latino/Hispanic. I can for once vouch for their service and food. Maybe, I have not experienced their full on service since the majority of the time I carry out but I have never been given nothing but an “ok” service and delicious food! I highly recommend their food… their service i personally have never had any concerns but perhaps, management needs to look at these messages and do something about their service to attract more customers. The lack of space takes some of the entrance space so it makes it look smaller and their cleaning routine needs to be improved.
