I think sometimes people expect American style service but that is not the case here. We have to be realistic about who is employed here and perhaps who owns it, so expect those standards. I agree we should be given a top notch service regardless of the fact, mainly, because we are in the USA but this establishment is not a 5 star restaurant, it has never published to be nor it is part of a multibillion chain of restaurants so expect an average customer service style. Now when it comes to food……. Yum! I have been coming to this restaurant for over 6 years and it has never disappointed me with their food. It has a huge variety and their food is authentic Latino/Hispanic. I can for once vouch for their service and food. Maybe, I have not experienced their full on service since the majority of the time I carry out but I have never been given nothing but an “ok” service and delicious food! I highly recommend their food… their service i personally have never had any concerns but perhaps, management needs to look at these messages and do something about their service to attract more customers. The lack of space takes some of the entrance space so it makes it look smaller and their cleaning routine needs to be improved.

This was amazing! I ordered on Uber and wanted to try a bit of a few different things. So I got a Papusa, a pastel de pollo and a tamale. All were so good and really hit the spot!

Elden Market and Deli is absolutely golden. I've never been in person as I recently moved here and have mainly gotten takeout due to the pandemic. Where do I even start? The portion sizes are absolutely gigantic. You can order one entree and I swear it could feed 3 adults. The food itself is incredibly delicious. Some of our favorites are the lengua stew, the fried fish, and the pollo a la crema. It comes with a lot extras and combined, all of the flavors and textures make for the perfect meal. They seem to have an assortment of sodas if that's your thing as well. I also have to point out the price--most of the entrees are $10-$11 which is pretty good anyway but for the amount of food you get, it is amazingly generous. I can't wait to support Elden Market and Deli in person and see it for the first time.
