Emily's Delicias in Herndon is back and better than ever! I had the pleasure of indulging in the chicken flautas and chicken empanadas with red sauce and coleslaw and let me tell you it was a flavor explosion ? The Chicken Flautas were perfectly crispy on the outside yet tender and juicy on the inside with just the right amount of seasoning to tantalize your taste buds and the Chicken Empanadas pure comfort food heaven. The cornmeal hot pocket was stuffed to the brim with savory chicken and potatoes and paired perfectly with the tangy red sauce and refreshing coleslaw. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, leaving me craving more. Emily's is definitely a must visit for anyone craving delicious, authentic Central American cuisine in Herndon. She also sells Street Corn ? and Pickled Hot Mangos It's a very small place just outside the 'BestWay' supermarket so it's not the best plaza, but the flavor is there!?This pic doesn't do justice because the Flautas were smothered with the cole slaw with red sauce and cheese crumble on top, but you can imagine the taste ?
