Horrible customer service. I placed an order and I had to ask for my money back. The cooks were arguing amongst themselves, it was chaos everywhere, lots of people were waiting for their orders. One of the cooks was telling the other cooks how she was going to go home because she was sick as she was coughing over the food. There was another person that asked for their money back as well. It's a shame as I love the subs, but the customer service is so bad.

I've been here a few times now and today was finally the last... Walked in and was politely greeted but then stood waiting for about five minutes with no acknowledgement... Meanwhile a phone call was answered by an employee with gloves. After hanging up the phone I continued to wait and he began making more subs. Gloves not changed and the phone was pretty gross. Same employee went to the cooler grabbed the handle, grabbed a drink and continued on more subs. I'm no expert here but there should have been at least one glove change. Kind of grossed out, a little peeved to not be acknowledged standing at the register... I don't need my hand held, but a simple sir I will be right with you would have went a long way.

Terrible! they lost my order and dint realize it until they made the 4 orders that came in after me. Too busy talking about co-workers and watching TV. They have me a coupon for a free sub.. like I'd ever come back here again! Subway was very close and probably would have tasted better.

Worst staff, aggressive and confrontational. Went to the store but they were shutting the door allegedly because they're short staffed. I want to ask for a carry out menu and was met by a very rude and aggressive worker and asked me to BACK OFF and I felt he was about to attach me. I kept calm and asked him to do the same he again asked me not to @get my ha d off the door” which I was holding.

Awesome subs, I was greeted by an employee who held the door for me. Upon entering the store he told me about the new sub they were offering for a limited time. Friendly staff, good service. Tables we clean and the employees were engaged in customer conversation. Made my dinner good to go. I'm coming back for another sub.

Good sandwiches, but slow as hell and there's nothing you can do about it. I tried ordering online, they didn't start making the order until I got there and the regular line was empty. I tried ordering in person, doing other things, then coming back, but 10 minutes later still no sub. Wawa, Subway, and Popeyes will be seeing more of my business.

I have been ordering lunches for my office from here for the past six months or so. Today I called and had three separate orders. I asked them to split the $3 delivery fee three ways (between the three orders. Simple enough, right?). Well, I didn't ask until they already charged the first card. That's fine, my fault for asking late. But, when I asked if they could then split it between the remaining two orders, they said it would be "difficult." So I asked if I could speak to the manager. I was then passed along to a lady who was immediately hostile. I tried to be as calm as possible and ask nicely for her to split the delivery fee between the last two orders. She began taking my second order and asked if I wanted a pickle on the side. I asked, "does that cost extra?" She said something along the lines of, "You've been ordering here for the past 6 months or so, shouldn't you know?"... Completely unwarranted and rude. I replied, "I don't work for firehouse, I don't know the menu..." Then we got to the payment for the second order and she said she would charge the full delivery fee to it... When I tried to ask again to have it split she said it was too difficult and there are other customers waiting. She made me feel like I was asking her for a million dollars. At one point she rudely said, "this is too hard to do during the lunch rush" and I responded with, "I'm sorry, maybe we will order from some place else next week," and at that point she said "We are not doing this sir, have a great day" and hung up on me.... So apparently when you treat people like they treat you, they get upset. Is this how you treat your loyal customers Firehouse? I was simply asking for the delivery fee to be split so one person wasn't paying all of it. How hard is that!? We will not be ordering from Firehouse again.
