My go-to when in the area. I like to visiting Firehouse Subs in Herndon, which was nothing short of great. It is located on the far side of Dulles Park shopping center, which really doesn't do it any justice. I mean the food, the service and the people are friendly. I went there just as it was shit to rain; it was either McDonald's or Firehouse Subs. I had seen it while driving in the area and thought I would give it a try. I ordered the limited-time only pork and slaw...

The Hook and Ladder Salad is nice, albeit a large salad. The cashiers and cooks were kind enough to help me with my Spanish.
